Redline completed a project on my buildings balconies to recaulk and reseal the concrete. The communication we received from Chris throughout was very sparse and took multiple attempts to get in touch with him throughout the project. The quality of the caulking and sealing was truly atrocious. My balcony looks terrible and the sealing in thoroughly peeling off due to the incorrect process that they followed. They tried to place blame on the product used but they did not allow the balconies to dry prior to adding the polymer. I tried to communicate with him to remedy the issue however getting in touch with him within my warranty period was impossible. He offered zero flexibility to correct his teams errors. Overall, incredible poor performance and service. I would never recommend this company.

Red Line Painting exceeded expectations from start to finish. I hired them to work on my 2-story metal deck and front fence, and the results were outstanding. Chris was fantastic to work with—clear, responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly with great communication throughout the entire process. AJ and his painting team were equally impressive: professional, detail-oriented, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They took great care in the prep work and made sure everything was done right, which really shows in the final product. Had a large metal-painting project for our condo building (fences and balconies). Their prices were in line with other quotes that we got. What was supposed to be a three-week project ended up taking two months, but the communication was good, they were always willing to come back to do touch-ups on areas that they missed, and the completed work looks solid. Definitely recommend them.

Redline painted my neighbors iron fence and was impressed watching how meticulous they were. I’ve hired outdoor fence painters before and have been terribly disappointed! I hired Redline to paint our fence, porch railings and columns. They did a fabulous, detailed and careful job! Can’t praise them enough for the good work and a fair price too!

I'm in a small condo building and we hired Red Line to paint all our exterior metal--stairs, decking, and fencing. Red Line did outstanding work and truly went above and beyond to address all the needs and requirements of unit owners --not always an easy task! From their comprehensive and detailed proposal to their thorough prep work and painting, they did a great job. Professional, very responsive, easy to work with, on time, thoughtful and careful. I highly recommend Red Line Painting. Last summer, while riding my bicycle home, I saw the painters from Redline, down the street, working on a neighbor's fence. I stopped and watched them working and asked for a business card. Our iron fence and balconies needed to be painted and I called Chris, the owner. Both Brandon, his field manager & Chris are very attentive. When the job started, painters were timely & efficient. After the job was complete, Patrick, the on duty Foreman, came back and made sure that we were satisfied, making any necessary touch-ups. Overall, a great experience, good value and an excellent job overall.

I can't say I recommend them. My condo building used them to strip/grind and repaint our metal balconies. After they were finished it was a goopy, sloppy, uneven mess (like I could've done it myself with no specialty tools, in a bad way) and about a year later the rust is already coming through my balcony again because they did such a poor job at buffing, grinding, actually covering tough crevices with paint, and sealing. While they were painting we had to tell them and show them they didn't go a good job, leaving rust droppings and dried paint scraps in crevices of the railing that they *painted over*. They came back a day or two later and not only gave me attitude but their second attempt they didn't really make a difference. In my photo you can clearly see they allowed a thick coating of gloopy paint covering an entire seam at the upper part of the corner, and textured bits being painted over instead of smoothed or simply dusted off

The guys at Red Line were super nice and responsive and overall they do good work. But unfortunately I'm just not sure they had a ton of experience with repairing ceiling cracks. Between what was explained to me during the initial quote walkthrough and what the crew who did the work understood about the issue, it seemed to me that only a basic patch and paint was done. Needless to say the cracks are back, barely a month after the work was completed.
