I've read the Rediscover me Self awareness book. Here are my thoughts about the book. The book it self offers a lots of ideas and opening the doors, how to improve our leadership skills. Designed with leaders and ambitious professionals in mind, the book marries practical exercises with reflective insights, encouraging readers to embark on an authentic journey of personal discovery. I really enjoy reading this book!!! Absolutely great!

Helpful Coaching Tool, A must read for all leaders The book was very helpful in reminding me to continuously look inward and evaluate myself and my reactions before addressing and setting expectations of my Team. A team is a reflection of its leader and the better I understand my own interpretations of situations and my reactions, the more effective I will be in conveying what I want to my Team. The book was an excellent resource and tool for me to pause and have a better understanding of myself and allows me to better, more efficiently lead my team in the direction we want to go. I am looking forward to the next addition to the series
