Great service! Very easy to book a collection, good communication through email and driver let's you when he's 30 minutes away. You can also track where he is via a tracking link! Worked seamlessly! Will definitely be using again! Thank you Ian for collecting everything today! Amazing service!

Brilliant service ,they are extremely punctual and collect nearly everything that a household needs them to ,helping you get decluttered fast,as far as it is in usable/working condition. I have booked for the second time and they collected on the very next day.

Disappointed
Unfortunately this company have let themselves down.
I was notified that my bags would be collected on Saturday 11th May. The time kept changing and it got later and later. No one arrived. I text the driver that evening, I was informed they would be with me the following day (Sunday 12th May) again, the driver did not turn up. I was then informed to rebook the collection, which I have now done so. But I’m left with very little faith about their reliability. What a shame.
