Very Good ☺ The location is nice and the apartment is clean ☹ The check-in procedures are very bad, and the owner is uncooperative and annoying with a lot of messages. She takes advantage of any arrival after seven in the evening and asks you to pay an amount of 150 euros. Unfortunately, the website does not specify the amount for late arrival.

A must ! ☺ The property was clean, the customer service by the host is super fast, check in process is easy and the location is just great in the middle of all the favorite streets. ☹ Nothing

A gorgeous apartment in a very center of Rome. Short walk to everywhere. Helpful host who is looking after the guests. A ☺ The place was beautiful and spacious. ☹ It was a bit dark inside and a bit dusty.

This is a very high quality apartment and would highly recommend!!! ☺ High quality finishes, very comfortable, and great location. ☹ If I had to choose something, I’d say every now and then you can hear people in the stairwell and traffic driving down the road. However, it’s a city and expected. It didn’t affect our satisfaction whatsoever.

Experience the best on Rome! ☺ The pty owner and family were there to welcome us to Rome. This unit is very well appointed, comfortable, and linens to kitchen utensils all top of the line. Above all, you cannot beat this location—best in Rome to walk safely to all points of interest and restaurants…couldn’t be more pleased.

High quality, stylish, central, cosy - definitely to recommend for a perfect stay in Rome ☺ The apartment is very centrally located, directly at the Piazza del Popolo, in the heart of Rome. Nevertheless, it is fantastically quiet to live in, as it is located in a quiet side street and the bedrooms face the inner courtyard. The flat has an ideal layout and is furnished to a very high standard and with style. Highlights for me are definitely the juice maker, the fireplace and the beautiful bathtub. Below the apartment is a nice Café Bar where you can get a perfect Cappuccino, fresh Orange Juice & Cornetto in the morning ;). The communication with the hosts was excellent, the handing over of the keys/ answering my questions etc. was fast, very friendly and professional. There was a bottle of Red Wine, Vino Spumante & Venchi chocolate waiting in the apartment for us - couldn't be better ;)! There is nothing I would change - thank you for this wonderful stay a Bella Roma!
