Earlier in the year, we were undertaking major platform upgrades designed to improve the student learning experience long term. While the vast majority of students continued studying successfully during this transition, we acknowledge that some students experienced unexpected disruptions, and we regret the impact this had on your progress.

Student support and flexible online learning remain a strong focus for our team, and this is reflected in the positive experiences shared by many of our students across our reviews. At the same time, we recognise there is always room to improve, particularly around communication response times during busy periods and system changes. All student phone calls are returned provided a voicemail is left as per our Student handbook.
