The content of the study was interesting to learn. You can finish the study at your own pace at your spare time, which suited me. It was interest to do video recording of role plays too. There's a facebook group as well which is helpful to share information. I recommend if you are want to get a new skills while you are working.

Would have to be the most unprofessional organization I had to deal with. Communication slow and assistance a bit wanting and appear not to know their real estate. Course work organization a mess and little guidance given to help. I found out why and its because all of their trainers live in the Philippines- explains everything!. They lost my initial submitted work then they found it and when I finished my course and submitted, they lost it again but instead of responding to me to explain, they cut me off before the due date and did not hear from them until I made legal threats. Currently going through QCAT. Looking for people in similar situation which appears to be many!

As this matter was dealt with via the Office of Fair Trading with all evidence supplied to them, All claims have been thoroughly examined and proven false with the RTO inline with policies and regulatory standards governing the industry. To further clarify, 3 of our admin team are based in the Philippines with all other staff and trainers located in Australia.
We highly recommend refraining from continuing to make false claims against the RTO online.
