Seriously listen to the others who say they don’t respond worth a crap. Started the process ourselves and did well with it, then they acted like we’re dumb and rarely answered emails but sure charged like they wrote a novel every time! Very rare updates and phone calls were rushed most of the time so felt really in the dark 75% of the time. I will say he got a few things set up well and how we wanted but still barely pushed for me or what I wanted overall. Cherry on top, he withdrew after things were filed without any warning and without even answering the last email weeks earlier asking questions about the final steps.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! We were so lucky enough to have them take on our case literally 1 week before trial and they absolutely crushed it! We personally worked with Joey, Stephen, and Aria! They were an amazing team! Aria was the absolute sweetest! She did an excellent job making sure we were always informed and constantly supported! Avoid this place and Kenton Walker at all costs. I am out tens of thousands because of him and my case still is not over, but he resigned. I've given myself time to emotionally de escalate and I'm not angry, but take this as a huge warning, do not hire him.

Would not recommend this lawsuit firm. When you first call them you will get someone who seems very sympathetic to your case, and you think they will be amazing, (this person is an amazing sales person for the firm) gave them my retainer. After that everything went downhill from there, the paralegal called to get information not needed for my case, as I had already given all that information, was charged for those conversations, then months later she sends me an email saying I have been hard to get ahold of, which I responded to that email within 20 minutes of her email being sent, I had never received anything from her and trying to blame her not doing her job an me. Next emails to my lawyer never replied to. When he did reply I would take his recommendations and then he would act like he never given me the advice. Then dropped me case without telling me, I found that out from opposing counsel. 8 months with this law firm and nearly $6000 later, I am exactly where I was 8 months ago. Save your money and try to find a better firm.

I don’t even know where to start! This team is absolutely amazing!! Alex has been so amazing to work with! He is very smart and very knowledgeable of what is going on and what needs to be done. He responds quickly to any of my questions. He is straight talker and tells you the good and the bad and won’t jerk you around. He also won’t just sit back and sit on his hands either. He gets things done. I am also very impressed and only have the best things to say. Stacy: She is amazing to work with as well. She is so kind and so friendly. I have never had a person work in billing be so personable and genuinely care about me as a person. She has been on top of all the payments made, great at reminders and goes out of her way to make sure things are well. These 2 are fantastic! I would recommend then to anyone and everyone!!

My husband and I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this law office. We sought help with estate planning and expected a straightforward process, given that our finances and wishes are simple. We initially met with Manny and were asked to complete an online questionnaire. Although it took us some time to finish due to other life events, we followed up once it was done. Unfortunately, over the next several weeks, I made multiple attempts to reach the office by phone and email without success. Eventually, I found an alternative contact at the firm who responded and said we would be reassigned. We were then passed from Kim (who never reached out after a month of waiting) to Angie. Communication improved somewhat, but when we received our first draft, it incorrectly stated that our assets would go to our children even though we do not have children and had clearly communicated this multiple times, including in the questionnaire. After another unsuccessful attempt to have the documents corrected, I ultimately gave up.

I can’t say enough good things about Angie Hammon !!!!!!!!!!!! She is outstanding! The help I received, She truly went above and beyond for me during one of the most stressful times in my life. From the very beginning, she showed so much kindness, patience, and understanding, and made me feel like I wasn’t alone in what I was going through. She provided me with so much guidance and support, always taking the time to explain things and help me understand my situation better. Her willingness to help, even when she didn’t have to, really shows how big her heart is. She never made me feel judged and always treated me with respect. I especially appreciate how she offered general guidance related to my situation, even across state lines, while making it clear what she could and couldn’t do. That honesty and integrity meant a lot to me. I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s done for me and my family. Unfortunately, I trusted RCG Law for my family legal matters. I was initially impressed by their online portal and use of technology to streamline communication, which gave me confidence that my case would be handled efficiently. That impression quickly changed especially days before mediation. It became apparent that my attorney had not reviewed or verified key information beforehand, approaching the situation with a level of nonchalance that was deeply concerning, like a substitute teacher with a movie, checked out! This lack of preparation significantly impacted my outcome and eroded my confidence in their ability to effectively represent me. During the process, it also became clear that the firm billed for preparation that was not actually completed, as well as for work that lacked proper follow-through on discussed items. Communication was inconsistent, and important details were often left unresolved. When I became more direct about my concerns, their tone shifted to one of condescension, and they refused to take any accountability for the ongoing issues. I had a different attorney for my divorce and had a much better experience, which only highlights the mistake I made in hiring RCG Law for my other family matters. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm. It’s unfortunate that I feel the need to protect my identity while my case is ongoing. The unprofessionalism I've witnessed concerns me that I may face retaliation for this negative review. I’ll leave it at that, but my experience has been far from reassuring.
