Jeff Rifleman, was a great help in my divorce. Fast, efficient and to the point. He was also very instrumental as our mediator during custody issues. Would highly recommend having Jeff represent you as council.

Do not waste your money or time with this law firm. They are disorganized and dishonest. They will string your case along just to continue to get funds. The billing department has no clue, taking and returning funds without any communication. Silvia and Brienne give false information and don't follow up as promised. Dena thinks she knows family law but we wasted months and thousands to have the judge say what we were trying to do isn't within the scope of state law. That seems like something your family law attorney should know. Our original attorney, Matthew, also gave false information regarding alimony and child support. He charged our invoice for talking to a paralegal that wasn't even working on our case. After I complained we were switched to a different attorney, Ryan, who contradicted everything Matthew told us. Then he assigned us the firm's new attorney, Dena. He assured us she had experience with family law but the case we filed was rejected and we were forced to drop it because UT law doesn't support the action we were taking. Thousands!!!!!!! Wasted for nothing!!!!!!!

I worked with Jeff Rifleman on my divorce and later in a case to protect my son. I have had a few attornies and Jeff by far was the most professional possessing much integrity. He was easy to talk to, always prepared, organized, and could forsee opposing counsel's strategy early on. He will stand up for the truth to be not only heard but understood by the judge. I never had to tell him details/facts twice or remind him, he was on top of it. He worked many long hours, and always made himself available for emergency contact. My child and I cannot express enough gratitude to Jeff, if you are in need of a divorce lawyer or defense lawyer you will be best served having Jeff in your corner.
