RCG did my initial consult, assured me they could handle my case, sat on it for two weeks as my court date approached, then dropped me a week before my hearing. Avoid at all costs.

RCG has been amazing through my Divorce, Custody and Protective Order cases. Their whole team from intake to paralegals to attorneys has been top notch. Cleve handled my protective order and absolutely knocked it out of the park at the hearing. The opposing party came in on a high horse laughing and thinking it would be a cake walk for them. But Cleve’s arguments shut them down and we walked out with the order being entered into permanently. Ryan has been handling my divorce and has been pivotal in crafting our strategies and arguments. RCG has helped keep myself and my two kiddos safe by helping me to retain full custody of them. These guys genuinely care about people and getting results. They are the best!

Avoid This Law Firm at All Costs. Do not pay this law firm anything. They are dishonest, unethical, and completely unreliable. I spent over two hours in consultations with them where they made specific promises about the work they would do on my case—none of which was ever started. Despite repeated follow-ups over several weeks, they ignored my emails and court communications, which led to a hearing being scheduled without their input and against the availability we had provided. For six weeks, they did absolutely nothing. Then I found out the attorney I specifically hired had left the firm without notice—and neither the firm nor the attorney informed me. Even worse, I later discovered that Ryan Gregerson, the partner at RCG, had previously represented my ex-husband in a prior divorce—something they failed to disclose. This is a serious conflict of interest that they ignored and later tried to cover up. When I raised these issue, Gregerson attempted to extort me for three times the originally agreed amount—despite the fact that no work had been done, and they had already mishandled what I hired them to do. When I asked them to withdraw per the conflict of interest of representing my ex-husband, they submitted misleading reasons to the court, failing to mention the conflict of interest or my request for them to step withdraw per that conflict. This firm shows a blatant disregard for legal ethics and client trust. They misrepresent who will handle your case, ignore clear conflicts of interest, abandon clients without notice, and fabricate narratives to protect themselves. Hiring them harmed my case. Stay away from RCG. They are incompetent, unethical, and will leave your case worse off than when you started.

Can't thank Joey Carlson more for his extremely quick and diligent work he performed for me on an employment matter recently. I reached out while he was out of office, and within minutes he was calling me directly to help me resolve my matter. His turnaround on the needed document was very fast and I was super pleased with the content. I'd definitely recommend Joey as he has a great mix of "real world" type of demeanor and professional knowledge and know-how. I feel way more confident with my matter after pulling Joey in and know I've got an amazing advocate. The only shame is there's only 5 stars to give. Thank you!
