We went here for the Valentine's Cupid's flight. I enjoyed my experience immensely and the value for what we got was amazing. We had a choice of 8 wines and 3 cheeses. My favourite of the bunch was the 2022 Ravine Gamay Noir for the reds, and 2023 Gewurztraminer small batch Riesling for the white. Our server was great, and I would definitely come here again!
Ravine Vineyard is one of our favorite spots in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and we make sure to visit every time we’re in the area. Their wines are authentic, beautifully crafted, and absolutely delicious. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or just looking for a great tasting experience, Ravine never disappoints.
The wine tasting room has such a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass. The staff is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, happy to share insights about their wines and pairings.
Another highlight is the charming wine store, where you can pick up bottles to take home, along with a lovely selection of spreads, chutneys, and other gourmet finds.
If you’re visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ravine Vineyard is a must-stop for great wine and a welcoming experience!
My wife and I were visiting from the states and arrived 1 hour earlier (at 3PM) than our reservation at 4PM. We walked in and asked if we could taste a while. We were warmly greeted and even though the tasting room was full, we were able to do a standing tasting at the bar! My wife was a huge fan of the Rose and I enjoyed the Merlot. We were so appreciative they accommodated our early arrival and enjoyed the winery! For a Friday afternoon they were busy, so definitely book that reservation!
Wonderful dinner on a cold November night! First time at Ravine and enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend the gravalax first course, halibut second and pear tarte tatin third. Very generous servings and whipped potato side was alone worth the trip from Toronto. Thanks to Michelle and everyone at Ravine for a much needed escape!
Ravine has the tastiest wines in the region! Compared to other wineries, there wasn’t a single miss on our tasting. The Ravine Chardonnay is particularly special and surprising, buttery like a short bread cookie! The Gamay Noir was new to us and it was the most drinkable red I’ve ever had.
Victoria was an excellent host and was expertly knowledgeable about each wine.
The place itself is a cute farmhouse with comfy high tables. I also spotted a gorgeous banquet hall downstairs when using the restroom. This would be an excellent space for a party!
Ravine was our wedding venue come true! Working with Abby and the team was smooth. We couldn't have picked a better space for our special day. On top of this, it is by far our favourite restaurant and place to come together!! Our guests raved about the food and space- from the beef short rib to the beautiful space, 5 stars from our guests!
