Pros: Friendly staff, and efficient
Cons: they didn’t get high traffic dirt out of the carpet though and left behind dog hair and other dirt, ect was pushed to the edges of the rooms. we needed to vacuum again after they left. Hopefully our landlord will give us our deposit back for the dirt left behind

Quoted one price for a repeat service and when the tech showed up he quoted me a price nearly $100 more. Then all the sudden they could honor the price but couldn't service my ducts because of another issue that was going to cost more money to address. Repeatedly tried to upsell, don't honor return customers and customer service was lacking.

the tech was on time and explained what is needed to be done to clean heating duct. John the tech showed me camera view of the duct before and after cleaning. job well done. comparing to previous cleaning companies, this i will give perfect ten.

Left house in a very dirty condition. Didn't open every vent blew dirt all over the house. They were mad because I wasn't going to agree to the nearly 1000 dollar it was going to take to clean the ducts. I've told everyone that don't use these people

Update: changing my review from 1 stars to 3. After posting this 1 star review I got a call from the owners personal phone number. He did end up giving me a discount and sent one of his cleaners to my house at a later time on the same day. Only giving 3 because of the initial issue (see below) from this morning, and now that the carpet is dry I still see stains from my toddler (literally just applesauce). I didn’t think my carpet was THAT dirty but I’m kinda just disappointed with the overall experience. I appreciate the owner going out of his way, but I just expected my simple carpet stains to be gone. The guy who cleaned my carpet (very professional by the way) did explain that where we walk the most will probably still be dark due to deterioration of our carpet over time however, again I just expected a lot more of a difference I guess.
Was supposed to get my carpet cleaned in the morning and they never showed up. I called several times to see where they were (it was impossible to get in touch because every time I would call I’d get a busy tone, a voicemail, or an error message), when i finally was able to get in touch with someone, I was told “oh your appointment is tomorrow from 11-1” nope. I wrote down date and time the second it was scheduled. I also got a CONFIRMATION call yesterday confirming the cleaning was today from 9-11. Even went back in my voicemail to listen to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Sure enough.
I’m extremely upset and disappointed, considering I’m 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to get my carpet cleaned before baby is here.
We’ve used Rasmussen multiple times for carpet cleaning with positive experiences, as well as dryer vent cleaning and upholstery cleaning of our large sectional couch. The techs are always extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never seen our couch look so good since we bought it - like the cushions were all reshaped! I also appreciated how they set up the cushions to dry quickly. We will continue to use them!

We had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned by Rasmussen. The scheduling process was quick and easy as was the carpet cleaning. Hector and John were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. They explained all of the options for the carpet cleaning but we did not feel pressured to do anything more than we wanted. Our carpets look and smell great! Also, they took the time to give us an estimate on duct cleaning but, again they did not push it. Will definitely be using Rasmussen again!

Hector and Aiden did a wonderful job of cleaning our air ducts. Hector showed before and after pictures. I did not feel pressured to get any of the add on costs, they were only suggestions. We did the full entire list and are very happy. We have a 25 year old furnace and it needed cleaning and a tune up badly. Great Job!
