Rascals is such a fantastic place. Sue & Howard are always there to greet you by name and offer knowledgeable advice on everything from raw food to treats. We have been working with Sue for a number of years with raw food and she has been nothing but a miracle worker. Rascals has become a much needed addition to the community and offers loads of choices for both raw and dry food. I always enjoy chatting with both Howard & Sue, they go the extra mile and beyond! Super helpful and friendly. Wonderful selection of raw food, kibble, supplements, frozen bones, toys and pet accessories. They also offer a treat for your pooch and Werther candy for the two legged's. I love supporting local shops and Rascals is my favorite pet market.

Excellent staff ,above and beyond costumer service and above all good quality products (food raw ,kibble ,snacks dog products) staff also open to suggestions from client's..definitely fits the bill for a family owned and operated small business haven't found any other place in Victoria bc that matches or surpasses the overall experience when shopping for your furry companions

They have a curated selection of raw, dehydrated food, kibble, and a great selection of neat stuff such as apparel and toys, chews, you name it! The owners and staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, and most importantly, helpful and friendly! As a dog care professional and former pet store manager, I highly recommend this place.
