Luke was super professional and helpful with a standard repair we needed done. However, in doing that work he identified a potentially super expensive issue that if it were not addressed soon could have led to a major and costly repair. We’re so grateful he enlightened us and advised on what to do. We got everything squared away and completely avoided having to deal with a disaster down the line.

I recently purchased a new home and, as with most older houses, it came with a few unexpected plumbing surprises. Thankfully, Luke got here quickly, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with his work. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issues with both the water line and the water heater, explaining everything clearly and walking me through the repairs that needed to be done. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was not only fixed but functioning better than before. He even took the time to check a few other areas just to ensure there were no lingering problems. That kind of thoroughness is rare and really appreciated, especially when you’re just settling into a new place. Beyond the technical side of things, Luke was just great to have around—respectful of the space, cleaned up after himself, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel totally manageable. I would absolutely recommend Rapid Repair to anyone looking for a reliable, honest plumber. It’s clear they takes pride in their work, and it showed!

If you’re in need of a plumber, call and ask for Luke Sobus. I needed to get my disposer removed today. Not only did he get the job done in a timely manner, but you would never tell there was a garbage disposer there to begin with. Exemplary conduct, don’t bother with other plumbing services.
