James Y came to our house to locate the nonfunctioning water shut off and sewer connecting our garage and shed to our house. It was not easy. He did a terrific job of locating the connections and determining the underground pathway and then estimating the cost of making them functional and in compliance with code. I highly recommend him for any complex plumbing needs

I had previously done a review for the excellent work Stevie did, but I felt compelled to update it because of how impressed I continue to be with this company.
My original review (attached) detailed the stressful plumbing situation I was dealing with. Stevie fixed the plumbing issues, but my new toilet couldn’t be installed until after the tile work was completed. When the bathroom was finally ready, I called to schedule the installation. I was under the impression that the return visit to install the toilet had already been included, while Stevie understood it differently.
When I called, he said, “Hey, I can fit you in right now if that’s okay?” What’s better than ASAP? So of course I said yes. He explained there would be a charge for the return visit. I told him I was confused because I thought that had already been covered, but I agreed to move forward because I needed the toilet installed.
About 15 minutes later, Stevie called me back and said, “I understand there was some confusion, and I apologize if I didn’t make the expectations clear. You’ve been through enough. I’m going to come install it for free.” And he did.
What impressed me wasn’t just that he waived the fee. It was the integrity and customer service he showed. He took the time to consider the situation, acknowledged the misunderstanding, and made sure I felt taken care of as a customer.
I was already sold on this company because of the quality of their work, but this interaction was the cherry on top. RRP has earned a customer for life. Thank you!

I originally called because of a stubborn clogged kitchen drain, and Luke showed up right on time, friendly, professional, and ready to work. Not only did he clear the drain quickly, but he also noticed my garbage disposal was leaking — something I had no idea was happening. He explained the issue clearly, fixed it on the spot, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left.
