I was having some issues with a downstairs floor drain that would sometimes back up when the upstairs shower was used. I called and a nice gentelman named Mitchell was able to help me out. Its been about 3 or 4 months and everything is working solidly. happy with the result and price would recommend

I just said thanks and goodbye to Shane M. after he finished helping solve our problems, and, based on today's experience, I would be happy to hire Rapid Response Plumbing again when we need a plumber. We were affected late yesterday by the cold weather and needed a pipe repaired. We called the office at 9:30PM and a very friendly woman helped us get scheduled next day from 10-2, and Shane was here by 9:45. We only went about 12 or 14 hours (total) with our water off before they could repair everything. Shane was professional, friendly, and had us up and running again without much trouble. He also noted an old Sharkbite fitting in our crawlspace while he was here and helped us replace it before it became a future problem. Rapid Response and their team make a could've-been-terrible experience really easy, and I would recommend them if you need good quick help in the ATL area.
12/8/2025 updated review… we called RRP to come back and add water arrestors to our laundry room to negate some knocking we had in our pipes. Mitchell C came today and took care of the issue in just a few hours. He was fast, friendly, and professional.

Highly disappointing experience. I booked an appointment online for a 12pm-4pm time slot. I received no email confirmation of my appointment, even though I was a repeat customer. I called once at 12pm to confirm my appointment, which a rep did. I called again at 3pm to ensure that I was still on the schedule and they affirmed that I was.
I get a call at 4pm from a rep stating that they no longer service my area and that I'm out of luck. At no point during the day did they state that on either of my two phone calls with the reps nor after I booked my appointment. To call at the end of the expected period to do that is highly disappointing. If anyone books, beware that they might waste your day.
Thank you so much for your hard work and always taking care of us when our tankless water heater needed to be replaced. Stevie is very professional and detail-oriented…just the best!

Stevie came by to fix a clogged toilet. Response was fast and he was very informative. He identified the issue that a previous plumber did not. Highly recommend.

Luke was amazing! When our water main broke in the basement on a Monday night he was there quickly. Immediately jumped into action by turning off the water and changing out the shut off to a lever. He was so nice and chatted with us throughout the whole process. Even sharing vacation spots and restaurant tips. Definitely knowledgeable and personable.
