Matthew came by to fix our faucet. He was quick, responsive , listened to our needs and found a fix that worked for my family within our budget . I called rapid repair just yesterday and already by this afternoon I have a new faucet installed that works perfectly. Thanks a million .

I submitted an online service request to Rapid Response Plumbing late on a Friday night and received a rapid response early the following morning. Both Keith and James saw right away that my pressure reducing valve needed replacement and replaced in less than 20 minutes. They were very knowledgeable, trustworthy subject matter experts. Very professional, and provided fair pricing and they really were rapid! The name suits them, for sure. I will definitely be using Rapid Response Plumbing for our family home plumbing needs going forward. Thanks Keith and James!

Rapid response plumbing came out fixed my problem and was honest about the process. We called on a sunday and they were out here to fix it Monday. Definitely will be using them in the future.

Doug was very professional and quick to diagnose the issue at hand. Replaced the PRV and depressurized piping which addressed the issue.

We called Rapid Response plumbing for a leak on our front lawn Doug came out and did a no cost estimate. He was very detailed and provided 3 estimates based on what the problem could be. I had to get leak detection and he provided 3rd party options to get it done. Once we knew where the leak was Doug came back the next day and completed the repair. He showed us the pictures of the before and after the job was done. I recommend Rapid Response because Doug was honest and did not use high pressure tactics. He and the office staff were professional and came when they said they would. I called a couple of other places and they wanted me to pay a fee up front on the phone, and some just never called back. Rapid Response is reliable, was the right choice and is now who we will call on for any plumbing issues.

I would definitely use Rapid Response Plumbing whenever I’m having a plumbing issue. They name is absolutely true, they are very reliable and rapid. They get you scheduled the same day and they even work around your schedule. (Nate N.) came and did my plumbing issue. If you have a plumbing issue, ask for Nate N. He was very knowledgeable, explained and took pictures of the problems. I really liked the price, very affordable. I was shocked at the price, because other companies would have charged me way more. But Nate N. Is a nice, respectable person. He explained everything to me, before the work and after the work. He made sure I was satisfied and happy before he left. I was very impressed, pleased and satisfied. Out of 0 to 100, I’ll give him 101. Very satisfied. You can’t go wrong with this plumbing company. 2 thumbs up.

Doug came out to fix my toilet issue in no time! He was prompt, professional and explained everything to me before it was completed i will definitely be using rapid response again in the future when needed!

Update: Rapid Response reached out and made this right by refunding the assessment fee. Said that never should have happened and that they will make sure it does not happen to any of their other existing or new customers. Thank you. Original: I called these guys up to help figure out what was happening with my shower. When speaking to the person responsible for scheduling appointments I was told that there was no cost for the estimate. When the service technician gets to my home he tells me there is a $260 assessment fee, so that he could give me an estimate. If you need an assessment to give an estimate, and you charge for the assessment… the estimate IS NOT free! It’s my experience, and maybe I’m the only one, but this is a disingenuous and dishonest company. I will never do business with them again and I would not recommend them.

Called on Monday evening after 6pm and was able to get an appoint for the next day. Doug (who was friendly and professional) showed up at the early end of the appointment window and quickly identified the issue with the hot water heater, resolved the issue, and the charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend based on my experience.
