Estate planing I read an article about estate planning and was lead to Rania's article and website and from.there on I was amazed at how kind, caring and compassionate she is.. Ms. Combs took her time listened to my concerns answered the many ,many questions I had before ,during snd after the process, even going further to explain things I had no idea about regarding laws etc... I 100% trust and recommend Ms. Combs for any real estate and all real estate question and/or needs. She is very Professional, kind ,she cates about her clients making the right decisions, things I didn't know about she would explain clearly to ensure I understood,because I was pretty clueless. I was so comfortable speaking with Ms Combs. She cares deeply for her clients. She poured over documents on my case and would call me back to make sure I understood what decisions I had choose and If this w as my understanding of that area. I am truly grateful I was lead to Rania just by reading on estate planning. Ms. Combs is next to an Angel she care 100%. I will always referr to Ms. Combs for any of my needs. She is always available and stays in contact. I can pick up the phone and call her if I wasn't sure about anything and she would answer not only the phone but my questions as well. If she wasn't readily available she would contact me via email, text to acknowledge your missed call and ensure you of a time to call you back. Great Attorney I was so lucky to find Rania on line even though I had my reservations about working this way with matters that required an attorney. My experience was exceptional. An excellent attorney and an excellent experience! We knew we definitely needed to update our wills and powers of attorney, so we sought out recommendations from various professionals. The first one we checked out gave us a quote that really took us by surprise. It wasn't that we were looking for a "cheap" deal, but this quote was out of our league. So we considered Legal Zoom. Then we learned that this would not be the best option as our state (Texas) can run you into problems when it comes time to put your documents into force. Finally, we learned about Rania Combs, and she provided all we needed and more at a third of the price of the original quote. In addition, I will add this was the third will we've done after 41 years of marriage, and I can say without any reservations that we've never had anywhere close to the attention and information Rania provided. We highly recommend her services, and as a plus, you'll be glad not to have to get all dressed up to go to some highfalutin office. She's very professional, while being very easy to work with. Estate planning for my Dad overseas Rania is a wonderful person to work with. She was able to help me problem solve through some complicated estate planning issues on behalf of my elderly father in the Phillipines. Having an on line attorney was essential considering that my dad’s condo property was located in. Dallas,Tx and I lived in North Carolina. We were able to zoom meet with my dad in the Phillipines and Rania created his power of attorney document . From there we were able to create a spendthrift trust that allowed my brother to live in my father’s Dallas Condo after he passes. The details of the trust were so well thought out and based on my conversations with Rania about my specific family situation. I was extremely pleased, enjoyed working with Rania and highly recommend her services.

Excellent online Estate planning! Rania assisted us in getting all our estate documents in order. I found her online and was at first hesitant not meeting someone face to face but she was fantastic! An Estate Planning Lawyer that truly has your interests front and center Having done extension research on who to hire to prepare my estate planning documents, I can wholeheartedly recommend Rania. The type of lawyer I wished for! I rarely say this about lawyers, but Rania Combs was top notch! She cared and had clever suggestions. Her paperwork has exquisite details and is tied up tight. I was nervous about the online work but her reviews were just too good to pass her up. Now I know why! She is very current on Texas law and has impressive connections in Houston. Creating an Estate Plan I hired Ms. Combs to develop an estate plan which included all of the standard will, power of attorney and medical related documents. In addition, she created a Revocable Trust and provided detail instructions for dealing with the transfer of assets to the trust and the proper actions related to the other documents.
