The worst lawyer. Last year I found them to help me to do my Visa case. I knew it was not easy case. The barrister was keep say 80% can win even after the hearing. I pay almost $100,000 on this case. Every week keeps sending me new bills. At the end, i still lost the case. I accept the result, because i knew it was hard case. Before I back to my country, I still try to pay all of the bills which I should pay. Last week, I received a new email from home-affairs, it says I still need to pay almost $4000 to Federal Circuit Court! I have no idea why I still owe them money, then I send email to my solicitor, until now still no people answer me. If you have choice, don’t choose them if you want to win.

👎🏻 Unfortunately, the service received from this firm during the visa process was deeply disappointing. Significant fees were charged throughout, yet progress toward the visa outcome remained minimal and communication required constant follow-up. There was a lack of transparency regarding fees, timelines, and what work was actually being completed. Despite repeated payments, results did not reflect the level of cost or professionalism expected. In addition, emails with very simple yes/no questions were frequently responded to with lengthy wording that appeared unnecessary, followed by additional charges for that correspondence. The same approach occurred during phone calls, where time was extended without providing clear answers. Based on this experience, caution is recommended before engaging this firm for visa services.
