Health Screening Appointment at 10.40am. Arrived at 10.30am. 23 Dec 2024
11.10am: It’s been 30 minutes past my appointment time and i am no where near even registering. They cleared 5 person for registering in 40 minutes. Now, another 10 people in front of me waiting to register. And growing. Despite 3 counter staff, it is an absolute illusion.
This is beyond low level service. It is disorganised, unprofessional, crowded, bordering on negligent waiting for something to mess up. Didn’t see the reviews prior. I believe we should label the situation as unsafe otherwise management seems to be unwilling to improve it.
Zero stars if I could have given it.
11.38am update: I even overheard them saying they accepted walk-ins despite having a full appointment. The greed.
12.06pm update: 6 people (or more) in front
12.30pm update: No movement. No update. Couple others gave up. People have fasted and are hungry. People have meetings planned in afternoon.
1.14pm update: Registered.
Not sure what kind of further details can be given.
3.58pm Latest update. Just ended and left the doors. Guess what, turns out I became the incident waiting to happen. Essentially almost fainted with cold sweat and took 10 minutes to recover after taking my blood. Was probably too hungry and not enough water. Blood was taken at 2.22pm. Nurse who had to take care of me, helped me after fainting and gave me milo/biscuits was extremely helpful. Was fine after 15 minutes. But why we were in that disproportionately risky situation in the first place over a simple/routine annual check-up is insane.
Update 29 March 2025-Suddenly remembered to check. I filled up months ago. No follow up.

Super duper disorganised and messy by calling the names. Slow and spent more than 3hours just for the corporate health screening. Will not come back anymore but will choose Fullerton next checkup for sure as it is the worst among all the clinics I did my health check.

Ridiculous wait time in the clinic. The numbering system is not serving any purpose. They decided to call name instead of their numbering system. When people start complaining, then they slot them in first instead. If you cannot take so much people, just cut it off.
Appointment for doctor review is at 3pm and I reached before 3pm. Then I see the doctor at 3.55pm and ended in 3.58pm. Seriously a waste of time.
Not to mention that they are still using BMI to determine if someone weight is healthy or not.

Ridiculous wait times. Even with a morning appoint, I waited more than 5 hours to be attended to. Phone batter went from 100% to 5% from trying to pass time. Witnessed another patient fainting, lucky not me, I hope that Raffles Med gets investigated for this kind of unethical practice

Very poor experience. Booked an appointment here for a health screening, waited 1 hour and a half and still hadn't been called to register. Went to check and told that due to the holiday, end of year period it was extra busy and that it would be 1 hour plus more for me to just register.
Poor organisation and management. Just because it's end of year is no excuse, they shouldn't take on more customers than they can handle. Especially when clients need to fast. My appointment was 10.40am, had been fasting over 16 hours by the time I decided it wasn't worth it to wait any more

The queue is surprisingly slow even I made appointment 2 weeks before. I came here 10 mins earlier before the appointment, but after half an hour, I still haven’t got registered for health screening.
Now, one hour already and I am still queuing without having registered yet. The only thing I did here is to take a queue number and wait for one hour.
The level of service is surprisingly low and slow. The way they handle health screening is chaotic and disorganized. They told me I could leave without realizing that I had not completed the ECG test. My appointment was at 10:15 and only ended at 13:45. Even polytechnic is faster than them. I will never come back here for health screening and recommend Fullerton Health instead.

I do not understand why Raffles Medical group don't pick up call. Message says can call if what to change appointment. When i tried to call more than 10 times but no one pick up my call. This is not the first time, at Holland V, now at Singapore Land tower. Very poor service experience at Raffles Medical group.

False Advertising
Website advertises emergency dental services. My son had a cracked molar. Went to Raffles. Was told to wait and wait and wait. After a few hours, tell us no dentist on duty and they not willing to look for one. Total waste of time.

Going for healthcheck and it is super slow. Doesn’t follow queue number at all.
Somemore, last in first out. We waiting 3-4 hours just to measure height and weight assessment. Super messy.
