Kenny responded quickly to my request for service and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and made the repair to the basement sewer lift station within two hours. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Rael Plumbing.

We have had an intermittent issue with the sewer at our house. Rael Plumbing replied to our contact email within minutes and set up an appointment for the next morning (between 8 and 10). Kenny showed up about 0830 (with excellent communication prior to arriving). We did a quick walk through to discuss the issue and he got to work. He spent several hours resolving the issue and gave us advice on preventing future issues. He was professional throughout and put a lot of effort into resolving our problem. The price paid was worth it to avoid vacuuming up water (again). Definitely recommend Rael Plumbing.

We had a long term issue with the sewer backing up into a basement. It's been intermittent, making it hard to fix. Kenny showed up on time for our appointment, discussed the problem and got down to work. He spent several hours getting the drain cleared and made recommendations for preventing a reoccurrence of the problem. Well worth the cost to resolve this issue. Definitely recommend!

Rael Plumbing is a great company to work with. Kenny was quick at coming out to my home and getting the issue taken care of quickly. Explained everything to me and now my plumbing is flowing amazingly. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and highly recommend Rael Plumbing. He will be my forever plumber.
