Our honeymoon trip
My husband and I stayed in the Novotel from 8th nov to 20th nov 2016. We had a very long trip and was kindly greeted when we arrived. However, we weren't terribly happy about 13000 baht taken from us on arrival, which was a quarter of our honeymoon money. We got it back at the end of the trip, but we would have liked to have our spending money. I dont see why a credit card couldn't have been used instead. Our room was spacious and clean with a fantastic ocean view. We were able to get out and about using the free bus shuttle, which needs to be prebooked in advance. We ate once in the hotel and it was lovely. However, it was far too overpriced. Therefore, we ate in the little village just outside the hotel. All staff we dealt with were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a fantastic pool area and is also very clean. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. However, the money situation at the start put a downer on things.

ประทับใจตั้งแต่เริ่มไปถึงตอนcheck in ถึงแม้จะไปถึงดึก แต่พนักงานก็ต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะคุณต้น คุณฝน และพนักงานยกกระเป๋ารอบดึกอีกท่านนึง ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องใหญ่ วิวสวยมากโดยเฉพาะตอนที่พระอาทิตย์ขึ้น สามารถชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นได้จากบนเตียงนอนได้เลย อาหารอร่อย โดยเฉพาะอาหารไทย อาหารเติมไม่พอในบางช่วง อาจจะเพราะพนักงานมีน้อย โดยรวมประทับใจครับ ถ้ามีโอกาศจะแวะกลับมาพักอีกครับ
Thai hospitality ? not really !!!
As a member of Radisson Rewards I was not expecting such bad service. Lets start with the check in : The welcoming at the Front Office was distant , cold and not welcoming , the lady on the Radisson Rewards Members counter really did not know what she was doing and what was included on my reservation and she insisted that I had to pay for the breakfast, I had to ask her to check that the breakfast was included with my room . It make us feel like she was doing us a favor in having us on the hotel !!! The room : No welcome card , normally you have one in the room if you are a member of Radisson Rewards . The room has a good size and great views , but the furniture is old and cheap (wooden formica furniture) and it was not perfectly clean. Hotel Guest Room Desk was empty , not even a pen . The bed mattress really needs to be replaced, it's old and you can feel the mattress coils on your body. Surprisingly there were no toiletries in the bathroom , no bath robes , no sleepers . The light on the bed table ( right side) was not working . On the the veranda the wooden chairs had no cushions .( check the photo) But there were cushions on the chairs of other verandas . I wanted to send some clothes to the laundry ..but ...not even a pen was on the room so I could fill the Laundry form . I call 3 times to the Reception /Front Office ....no answer. I had to come down to the reception with my laundry bag . While I was at the Reception I mention all these above issues to the the lady on the Radisson Rewards Members counter. " I will inform my staff to take care of these issues immediately " Needless to say that 2 hours latter nothing had been done yet . I had to be chasing the lady's in House keeping, that were cleaning other rooms, to get me at least the cushions for the chairs. Next day in the morning we went to look at the beach, It is advertised that the resort has a beach. Guess what ..IT DOES NOT HAVE ONE!!! You cannot call beach to a concrete platform covered with sand. ( check the photo) This is misleading advertising and not acceptable in anyway. This was the straw that broke the camel's back. My companion had come from far away to join me on vacation on the BEACH. The disappointment had caused some emotional damage to her. I requested to talk with the General Manager and I informed her that I would check out next day and the reasons why . I had payed the stay until the 15 of April but I left on the 12th . For all the above reasons i did not want to stay there and I requested a refund to her and she said she would do that and she would send me an email confirming that . Until now I still did not get the email or the refund !!!! This is not the way to do business . This hotel and his management gives a bad name to Radisson Hotels.
Need improvement.
I stayed in this hotel many times, start from Novotel until now Radisson. I chose this hotel because it's pet-friendly hotel. This hotel is pretty old, even though they have already renovated it. The room is spacious and has an amazing view (I think it's the only thing that bring me back to this hotel.), but everything is outdated and dusty. You can see lots of staining and scratching on the floor, curtains, and furniture. I even found some hair and animals' fur in the room and under the furniture almost every time I stayed there, which was not nice at all. (Hope it happened only in pet-friendly room.) Breakfast was very simple; nothing stands out. The cook was talking while cooking, or they were chatting while the guests were getting their food. Honestly, I don't want to know their business at all and for hygiene, I don't think they should be talking that much anyway. Majority of the staff are not friendly. They are like robots, just do their jobs and done. They have no service mind. Call them or send messages, you have to wait and sometimes they keep connecting me back and forth. If you get the room with discount or book on weekday, I think the price is ok. If you book for the full price, I don't think is worth the money at all.

Good for families with kids , but needs a lot of upgrading …
I stayed at this Radisson hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The name is impressive, but unfortunately, the upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not well maintained, and the air conditioning was not effective, making the rooms uncomfortably hot. On the bright side, the hotel offers a variety of activities for young kids, which is perfect for families with little ones. However, I found that there was not much in terms of entertainment or facilities for adults. Additionally, the quality of the pillows and comforters did not meet international standards. Overall, Radisson is a decent choice for families with young children looking for activities, but it may not be the best option for adult guests seeking a more comfortable and well-maintained stay.

เป็นโรงแรมสี่ดาวที่รีโนเวทมาจากโรงแรมNovotelเดิมครับ โรงแรมใหญ่ เป็นตึกสูง เห็นวิวทะเลทุกห้องครับ ตอนผมไปถึงก่อนบ่ายสองเข้าใจว่าห้องยังไม่เสร็จเรียบร้อยดี พนักงานก็ขอเบอร์เดี๋ยวโทรแจ้ง เราก็ไปเดินเล่นริมหาดก่อน พอถึงบ่ายสองนิดๆ ไม่มีคนตาม เลยเดินไป พนักงานไม่ได้เช็คให้เลยครับ ต้องไปตามเอง สรุปได้ห้องแล้ว ล็อบบี้ใหญ่ มีโซนเด็กเยอะมาก ถ้ามีลูกพามาที่นี่แน่นอน มี theater มีร้านไอศครีม โซนoutdoorมีสนามบาส มีtambourine สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ สวนกว้าง เด็กมีที่เล่นเยอะแน่นอน แต่ข้อเสียคือไม่มีหาดครับ พนักงานแจ้งว่าตอนไปเป็นช่วงน้ำขึ้น ไม่มีหาด T__T ห้องพักผมพักเป็น Superior room พักวันเสาร์ได้มาในราคา 2800 บาทรวมอาหารเช้า ห้องพักดี เตียงนุ่ม facilityครบ แต่เสียงน้ำดังมาก ทุกครั้งที่ห้องข้างๆอาบน้ำจะได้ยินเสียงท่อน้ำ จนต้องมาขอย้ายห้องตอน 21.00 น. ทนไม่ไหวจริงๆครับ ส่วนห้องพักที่Pet friendlyจะเป็นห้อง Deluxe ได้มาในราคา 3500 บาท รวมค่าน้องหมาแล้ว ห้องพอๆกันครับ อยู่ชั้นสูงกว่า สังเกตว่าชั้นนั้นจะมีคนพาน้องหมามาเยอะ สงสัยจัดเป็นชั้นๆไว้ครับ ฟิตเนสของไม่เยอะมาก แอร์ไม่เย็น อยู่ตรงชั้นอาหารเลย ต้องเดินผ่านบริเวณอาหารเข้าไป ถ้ามาตอนเช้าๆอาจจะเขินหน่อยครับเพราะทุกคนมาทานข้าว ยิมเปิด 24 ชม. แต่มากลางคืนน่ากลัวหน่อยครับ อาหารเช้าไลน์อาหารเยอะพอสมควร แต่ไม่ได้เยอะมาก ตามสไตล์ของโรงแรมสี่ดาว น้องหมาเข้าได้ครับ แต่ต้องใช้รถเข็น และจะมีโซนสำหรับน้องหมาโดยเฉพาะ โดยรวมโรงแรมดี เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็ก และใช้เวลาอยู่กับครอบครัวทั้งวันที่โรงแรมได้
Déception total
catastrophiez ,hôtel très éloignée de la ville ,plage polluée et inaccessible en marée haute. Hôtel très propre et le personnel chaleureux. Equipe de l'animation disponible et bienveillant. Aucunes possibilisée de faire des achats souvenirs et les restaurants aux alentours de l'hôtel sont des restaurations de fortunes pas très recommandable (mauvaise hygiène ) .
No mini fridge, in rooms, what's the point ?
I meant to book for a couples of nights over the weekend, and had some questions. First it took 3 calls to get the answer to my query. Not mentioning no one reply to emails and even on their Facebook page. First call, no one replied, second one the lady could not speak a word of english and hang up on me. 3 rd one was the lucky charm. Anyway to cut a long story short, a 4 stars hotel with no mini fridge in their rooms is in my opinion just the tip of the iceberg. The rest must be a total disapointment. I guess the Radisson brand lost their will to do better. What's the point to even try when you know who ever is managing this place lost the plot. Next !!!

Thrilled with thunder...very cool place to visit and entertainment at class.
Best place to hangout quality service...thrilling entertainer and team.....those were good times...good food and especially beach side are fantastic like visit again with family..best food quality service and entertainment.
Money better spent elsewhere
There is a lot to like about this hotel unfortunately they are unable to deliver. The Hotel has lots of activities for kids, the hotel is attractive, the rooms are well appointed with terrific ocean views (with the exception of no minibar). All of the problems with this hotel stem from poor management and understaffing. A 12pm check-in took 1.5 hours and even then the room was not ready. After waiting until 4:00 pm they finally said they had a room ready but only to find out it was wrong room and the key card machine was broken so we could not be issued a key. Waited again until 6:00 pm to finally get the room with a key card. The room was still not fully prepared upon inspection as the trash bins were on the counters without liners and there were some dead insects on the bathroom floor . Throughout, the stay we never saw any security or bellman or floor managers in any department within the hotel or grounds, F&B outlets front house were manned with 1-2 staff if they could be found. Activities were largely not manned and the pool attendees were absent, It could be a great family resort if run properly but alas this is not the case.
Terrible experience
I feel really bad today. Really need to complain Radisson Huahin.First, I asked my friend to buy a voucher of Radisson Hotel huahin from Thaiteawthai exhibition and there was a draw for the prize. My friends got the upgraded room one but the staff said that the room we booked is the most expensive one (Family fun suite)and the penthouse isn’t included so they can offer us 500thb voucher for food&beverage in the hotel which I think it’s not quite reasonable. Normally I don’t really eat in the hotel. I go to beach. I want to have nice seafood. Anyway staff said that there’s nothing they can do. Second, I sent a message through messenger (Radisson Resort & Spa huahin Fanpage) 4 days ago to asked about activities for kid, no one reply until this moment. Third, I supposed to get a bottle of wine for free. It is the promotion in Thaiteawthai exbition but I forget at first then my husband realized so we asked for it. The front desk made a call to someone to make sure about that. It doesn’t look professional. Seem like the front desk doesn’t know anything about it which when I called to make a reservation I already told the staff that I’m using the voucher from Thaiteawthai exhibition. Forth, when I called to make a reservation, I already told them that there will be one extra adult and one baby, I’d need a baby cot and extra bed but when we arrived the room. Nothing is prepared. Fifth, when bellboy came to pick up the baggage in the car after they removed all the baggage in the trunk they just left which there’re still some baggage inside the car. FYI we’re the only persons that check-in at that time. Sixth, when the bellboy delivered the baggage, he has informed us that if we need to contact front desk then dial 3353. After a while I forget the number, it isn’t the typical number like 0 which is the common number to dial front desk worldwide. And there's no written on the key card or anywhere in the room. So I tried to dial 0, dial operator, dial room service, no answer. Eventually I Google for hotel number and called to ask for the internal number. Last is the worst! the only reason I decided to stay here because of the kid’s club. It looks fun, big and amazing. It’s what I’ve been waiting for. But when we arrived, the air conditioner in the club is broken. It’s super hot🥵 This is Thailand. With no ac, we can do nothing here. I asked the staff How long has it been broken? The staff said quite sometimes because hotel is planning to renovate the area that’s why they don’t fix the ac. WHAT!!! I feel so terrible if I knew that the ac in kid’s club is broken, I wouldn’t come here since the beginning. 😩From all the experiences I’ve encountered, this would be the first and last time here at Radisson Resort & Spa Huahin.

Horrible
I used the Adoda app to book a double room and a twin room. The receptionist tried to persuade me to accept two double rooms as an option after informing me at check-in that there were no twin accommodations available. To the medical conditions of my parents, I declined her offer. My impression is that my room was poorly prepared and was just assigned when I arrived. Very dissatisfied. After waiting for 20 to 30 minutes, I at last received my requested accommodations.In contrast to the photographs on Agoda and the website, the hotel was very ancient. Only a shower cap, liquid hand soap, and hand lotion (no button buds) were provided in the bathrooms. No head towel was available. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the staff's performance because it was absolutely not worth the price. I'm not going to return.
Bad experience
Bad experience.It's far away from hua hin centre.Taxi is expensive ( 800 to 900 batt round-trip after negotiation).Beach is full with stones.There is an activity board but they're not activities only on weekend when the hotel has more clients. Breakfast quality is the worst and food is not fresh.They serve the same after 2 or 3 days.The hotel also needs maintenance.They must also change pillows, mattresses, towels. There is no one at the reception late at night.

Awful service
Currently staying here and there’s an Indian wedding we received a letter to advise of a little noise and breakfast wouldn’t be served in the restaurant with the ocean view instead we’ve been put in a dark room where mushrooms could grow one coffee machine half the selection after complaining I was told I could get breakfast and walk to the beach when I advised I wanted to cancel paying for the breakfast in the dark room I was told I can’t for the breakfast Id eaten but couldn’t see. I then pointed out I couldn’t walk to the kids club because the whole area had been cordened off I was told to walk the whole way round awful customer service and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax! I would say the guys in the kids club are amazing!

พนักงานไม่พร้อมบริการ วันที่เข้าพักแจ้งว่ามีวีลแชลแต่พนักงานส่วนหน้าแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถจอดรถที่จอดรถวีลแชลได้ เนื่องจากจะมีกรุ๊ปจัดงานถามว่าต้องจอดได้ที่ไหน พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องไปถามรปภ และไปขอรปภเอง ไม่มีการประสานงานใดๆให้ และลิฟที่จะลงไปด้านล่างหน้าหาดเสีย ไม่มีป้ายแจ้งใดๆ และไม่มีการบอกก่อน ไม่สามารถกลับขึ้นห้องได้เนื่องจากทางขึ้นลงชันมาก ถามถึงการแก้ปัญหาไม่มีการจัดการแก้ปัญหาใดๆให้ มีแค่เพียงคำขอโทษแบบไร้ซึ่งความจริงใจ ขอโทษเพื่อให้จบผ่านๆไป ตอนเช็คอินถามพนักงานเรื่องอาหารเช้า พนักงานแจ้งว่าทานได้ที่ชั้น3 เมื่อเข็นวีลแชลลงไปถึงที่ห้องอาหารพนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถทานที่ห้องอาหารนี้ได้เนื่องจากมีกรุ๊ปให้ลงไปที่ด้านล่าง และวันที่2ของการเข้าพักกลับมาจากทานข้าวนอกโรงแรม พนักงานแจ้งว่าจะมีงานที่น่าล้อบบี้โรงแรมและที่จอดรับส่งคนถึง17:30 ไม่สามารถเข้าออกได้ ถ้าจะเข้าออกต้องติดต่อพนัดงานส่วนหน้าก่อน ไม่เข้าใจถึงบริการที่นี่ ต้องการมาพักผ่อน แต่การที่จะไปไหนทำอะไรต้องถามก่อนตลอด ถึงจะได้รับบริการนั้นๆ พนักงานที่นี่ขาดการอบรบที่ดี ทำให้ลูกค้าที่เข้าพักไม่สามารถพักผ่อนได้เกิดความไม่สะดวกในส่วนต่างๆ ถ้าหากต้องการหาโรงแรมเพื่อพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวไม่แนะนำที่นี่ และคงไม่กลับมาพักเป็นครั้งที่2
We had a nice stay at the Raddison with the kids.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson! The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was amazing! Such a variety! The grounds are a little dated, but overall a good place to stay. The Kid’s Club was wonderful! I especially want to recognize BJ, Shah Rukh and a lady (I did not get her name) for taking such good care of the kids! They offered face painting, corn gold toss, coloring, etc. There are video games and a ball pit to play in. The nice lady even dressed as Spider Man on time and had the kids hunt for her. This is a great resort for families with kids!
Big funny best stuff hotel
So much funny hotel we want thank you so much and we are so impressive about the best service of Mr B Jay , Mr .Shahrukh ,Mr Snoob they make us and every guest so much enjoy and funny and happy we will come back here again and again because we love here now and we suggest everyone come here enjoy have many activities thank you so much everyone
