I was just very unlucky..,my husband got his car play installed here years ago and it’s worked a charmed but for me, the story was a time wasting tale. Contacted them, sent all the required details (car model, picture of the radio frame, etc) and got my appointment for installation. Got there and they had ordered the wrong frame. I was in no rush so I was ok with it, then they contacted me a week later to confirm the part had arrived and that i could go. 2nd Saturday morning traveling from another county only to get there and they did not have the part!!! Why they called to confirm they had it’s still a mystery to me. What really annoyed me was how rude they were trying to “explain” themselves, no apologies said, a bunch of random stories about the part being a customised one (which they never mentioned before) etc, three guys there all speaking at the same time and they have this bad habit of speaking in their own foreign language in front of customers which is beyond frustrating and awkward. I would not recommend them at all, but again, it is just my unlucky experience. Very disappointed

Had a new stereo (9” screen with Apple CarPlay etc.), phone mic and reverse camera installed in my wife’s 2010 Ford S-Max last week. It’s the business! Lads did a great job. Absolutely delighted with it. Would HIGHLY recommend!! 5⭐️

Great lads, did a great job installing an android stereo from amazon. Was having problems with my battery and lights, not from the radio or installation. The guys helped me at no charge, checked everything. Much appreciated, great after sales service 👏

We are so happy with our new head unit/radio! They've done the installation relatively quickly and started doing tests to make sure it's working properly. When we noticed there is no sound at the back, they noticed it could be a software issue and took it out and put a new head unit and did all the tests again to make sure it's working properly. High attention to detail, great service, polite guys who know what they're doing. We highly recommend!

I found Radio King very good to deal with. The lads fitted a new 9 inch Stereo, Reverse Camera and Dash cam for me and were complete professionals. They took the time to come up with the best solution for me and I am more than happy with their results. Fantastic customer service by all staff.Very friendly and helpful. Loving my new 10" Touchscreen Radio so far, for a fraction of the price of the original model, this one is far easier to understand compared to the last one plus works perfect with climate controls also rear reversing camera connects perfectly. Highly recommend Radio King.
