Unfortunately not all tenants can get the advertised property. Please refrain from lies online. At no stage was I aware you were disabled. Therefore it had absolutely nothing to do with why the home was offered to someone else.

The team at Merivale have been fundamental to my purchasing rentals in Christchurch for the first time and also as an out of town investor, I consulted them about the location, the demand for that type of property before purchasing and the fact I have not needed to visit the properties at all (to date) says it all really. I highly recommend you talk to Sharon before buying Christchurch rentals.
Update 2 years on, still very happy with the Quinovic Merivale team, Natasha Taylor has just conducted an excellent mediation on our behalf, our properties are still in great hands!!

Quinovic - Merivale is by far the best property management company I have ever had as a tenant.
They look after their tenant's and are friendly and easy to talk to if there are any issue's.
I highly recommend renting through them 100%

Nicki at Quinovic has been wonderful to deal with. Extremely professional, and very responsive to any questions, and to resolve minor repairs etc that came up. As a tenant, I felt well supported in this rental, and that she took her role to maintain and care for the property as a priority. Happy experience all round.

Disappointed in the service Quinovic provided or more so didn’t. Viewed a place myself and my partner loved, which we were encouraged to apply for by the current tenant yet were met with any road bump to not have our application moved forward by this agency.
A complete lack of both communication and professionalism from Candice and a string of lies to go with no interest in making the process easier for their tennant, had us following up and shut down. Honest, timely customer service and ethical rationale seem to be scarce here.
Can definitely see these negative reviews more so aligning with the company then any good review which are the bare minimum you would expect.
Happy to not be dealing with this business any further but am sure the tenancy tribunal will.
