Service engineer is very arrogant. and feku
Also he bluffed us, that he fixed new capacitor to our AC, when we asked the old one.. he couldnot give..
Later he got new one.. but the new one is not compatible .
At the end, he actually didnt fix any capacitor.
I complained in Daikin, and unfortunately got these people for my service
These people are the most unprofessional Inhave ever experienced. The don't respond on time nether the provide proper service. The have taken my AC for repairing sa month ago, after one month they are sending quotation and still not being able to provide a deadline by which it will get repaired.
I bought a Diakin AC Remote from them, as I lost my previous one.
Firstly, they charged me more than what the online customer care told me.
Secondly, the remote they gave me was old, scratched, and refurbished. They promised to deliver a new remote, being Daikin's official service centre.
Please do not take any services from them.

They are the most unprofessional guys I have ever seen before.. They took our AC which had a problem in its condenser and needed a replacement without any receipt/doc. A condenser would cost around 4000 inr. These guys are charging 18000 inr for a condenser. If you don’t get it repaired still you will have to pay them 2500 inr as fee. First of all, very bad behaviour of their employees, they are non responsive and don’t even know how to speak properly. The manager is the worst. He called several times demanding money. These guys are just looters. Horrible service and filled with hopeless employees.
They think they can fool people in Guwahati just because it’s not a metro city. It’s because of people like these that now a days we can’t trust anyone. They are not bothered of losing customers because of their attitude but I am sure they are going to pay for their deeds someday.
