Dr Shakir has been my dentist for almost a year now. He did my root canal and my very sensitive case which gave me a brand new hollywood smile. My teeth looks very natural and I am very happy about it. Before I am always very anxious seeing a dentist and he did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free! Now he maintains the cleaning, filling and polishing my teeth to keep them clean and beautiful. Thank you so much Dr Shakir! Big thanks also to Ms. Shay for always accommodating me and for always fixing my appointments, indeed a very professional and excellent customer service.

I would like to share my experience at Queens Medical Treatment. All the staff are easy to talk to, especially the receptionists, who were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made the initial steps of my visit smooth and stress-free. My root canal treatment (RCT) was performed by Dr. Shakir and his assistant, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. During the initial consultation, Dr. Shakir was incredibly informative. He took the time to explain the details of my condition and why an RCT was necessary. He patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I was fully aware of the procedure and what to expect. When it came time for the root canal session, I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Shakir and his assistant immediately put me at ease. They were both very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Remarkably, I did not feel any pain during the procedure, which was a huge relief. Dr. Shakir worked with precision and care, and the entire experience was surprisingly smooth. His assistant was also very supportive, making sure I was comfortable at all times. Overall, my experience with Queens Medical Treatment and Dr. Shakir was exceptional. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made a potentially daunting procedure much more manageable. I am grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.
