I had an entrance and storm door installed nearly 3 years ago. About a year and a half later the paint started coming off the inside of the storm door. Ive been in touch with the sales person for the last 18 months. I was promised a replacement. I have all the texts during this time and also phone call dates. I have given more excuses and run around. Worst customer service Ive encountered in years.

All my questions were answered which made me feel comfortable. Service provided was very professional, friendly, and on-time. Gary and Rich are wonderful to work with; if I owned a similar business I would hire both of them in an instant. Do to no fault of their own: a door that was installed had settled in a way that allowed air to escape the house - they fixed it. A window that was under warranty was cracked - they fixed it. Some siding settled in a way that looked improper - they fixed it. Wonderful customer service… if you are on the fence with this business, don’t be…hire them immediately and enjoy the services and support! Thank you

Would have loved to have considered this company for our projects, but still haven't received our quote. We were looking at getting a fence and deck (possibly a small concrete patio in future). Ray came out on a Monday, took measurements and said she would have a quote to us before lunch on Tuesday. She asked that we send her our property survey. I sent the survey at 6:30am on Tuesday and never got our quote. I even followed up on Wednesday morning and still no response by Thursday. It appears they didn't want our business. 186sqft of fence, and a 10x19' deck and we couldn't even get a quote. Very disappointed in this company.
Awesome company and personnel. My whole team was very professional and the process was quick. I got a full garage siding and it looks amazing. My neighbors didnt hesitate to let me know that the work they done made the rest of my property look brand new. Mike was straight to the point on pricing and there were no hidden after cost. They are truly a "on stop shop" for exterior matters. Im going to hire them for my next project!
Used them twice, first time was for basic work. Second time I got quite a bit done, my guy Rich Beasley was amazing and professional. I got all new siding, gutters, and wrap on my trim. Came out great, timely manner, very respectful and pleasant to work with.

Regarding roof replacement (October 2024): The clean up was grossly inadequate— I am still finding roof debris/NAILS daily, the security video showed a worker covering a pile of broken glass with mulch, the attic was trashed with debris (still trying to manage it today), the attic is hotter now than it was with the older roof— during the winter the attic was hot (strange then), the attic used to remain fairly cool (today the temperature is clocking 150 degrees), they required me to replace the sky lights (the trim looks poor, the flashing must be poor, the windows steam in rain). Basically, I am left wondering what the next step will be.
over several years i have been using quality build. just completed maybe 10th project. as allways they exceeded expectations. there is reason i continue to use them. some projects have included
fence
cabinets
porch columns
windows
water heater
light landscape removal
and assorted other minor projects

Quality Built did a fantastic job on my dock! The price was fair and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Even better - Lane is one of the best project managers I've ever worked through all of our home projects! He and his team are absolutely the people you need for your next job!!
Stay away! Their own employee said they didn't do proper work which is now causing damage and would fix the problem. His supervisor, of course, came out and said different. Then, in my own house, he insulted me personally and wouldn't leave the house when told to leave. Be careful to spend your hard-earned money with an organization that does poor work and disrespects the customers.

We recently hired them to replace the siding, windows, gutters, trim, and to install a stamped concrete patio out back. Our house has been completely transformed and is gorgeous. Everything from our initial estimate to all of the craftsmen went extremely well and was very smooth. Great communication and smooth process. We plan to hire them again for our roof when the time comes.

It seems like problems just kept happening left and right in life since September, the cherry on top was our roof needing to be replaced. We reached out to multiple companies for quotes and went with Quality built roofing. Not only were we given a reasonable price for our new roof, but they did it so fast! QBX came out to do some painting and gutter work on my house. Mr. Ross came out and was very nice and to the point. He gave me a price and estimated start day and everything went as planned. The crews were very professional and cleaned everything up when they were done. I will be using them for my bathroom renovation in the future as well and would recommend QBX to anyone.

The soffits from my 1894 Victorian house were rotted and sagging from years of leaking Yankee gutters (box gutters) from the original metal roof, which I had a different company replace a couple of years ago. I was getting birds nesting in my attic and had enough! I spoke to Raleigh about an estimate and he was very polite, professional and thorough. He had James and his crew come out and had the whole job done in a day! They were very efficient and thorough and did a great job, as well as left the yard spotless afterwards! Raleigh kept me completely informed through the whole process, texting me photos of the progress and keeping me in the loop. I can't recommend them enough!
