I had my gutters replaced and an awning placed on the back of my house. The workers where professional, easy to work with and they did a great job. Arlen is easy to work with, he listens to what you want and then makes it happen. Great customer service in the office. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We bought a 3-year old house quite a few years ago, the windows were great but .... no screens. Since we love opening the windows in the spring and fall, this was unacceptable to us. Quality Aluminum came out and took measurements, the work was done quickly, and the screens fit PERFECTLY. It's now 15 years later and the screen frames are still working great. I have re-screened a few of them due to birds pecking at the screens (stupid birds), and hail storms that tore the screening up, but that's an easy at-home job. It's the frames that need to be good from the start, and that's what we got from Quality Aluminum.

We had our patio screened in due to lots of flies and horse flies making our time out back unbearable. Decided to go with Quality Aluminum and now we enjoy sitting out back fly free. Installation was fast and easy. We have 2 children and dogs and it's held up just fine against their best efforts.

I’ve been trying to get someone to extend our patio cover for over a year. I’ve had 5 different people come out, then ghost me. No one here in Columbus seems to want to work, that is, except Quality Aluminum. Arlen and team came through for me. He was the only one to continually maintain contact with me. We called and texted. He came to the house multiple times and adjusted the quote several times to ensure we got what we wanted. It did take several months due to supply shortages, but it was well worth the wait! I highly recommend Quality Aluminum.

Arlen and his crew did front gutters and a screen-in porch for us a little over a month ago. They are very professional, and customer service is key to their success. We have had numerous compliments on our porch that was once an under-utilized deck we coulddn't use because of insects. Their work is top quality. We plan to have them put on gutters on the back section of our home. Wish more businesses today were as customer-oriented as Arlen and his men.
