Replacing tiles (BA21) I saw QTs working in my local area when I asked if they would change a couple of tiles for me and they responded very quickly , the job was carried out promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend

New roof (BA5) Turned up with a drone then never sent in a quote. Complete waste of time.

Roof replacement (BA20) Roof replacement front and rear with a very awkward interior drain pipe arrangement. Turns out that whoever did the original roof had made an awful job of it and could potentially introduce damp to the neighbours. The team did an amazing job, kept me informed every step of the way and were extremely courteous and punctual. They are honest about not being cheap but the quality of the work is what you are paying for, plus a big helping of peace of mind. Can’t recommend them enough.

Replace roof due to leaks (EX4) I would like to thank Will at QTS for his quick response, and arranging at short notice to replace our roof as initially it should have been a repair, but when his team started the repair the roof was rotten so had to be replaced, I would highly recommend this company

Roof felt replacement (EX4) For me, roof repairs, always seem to cause distrust, and the fear of being ripped off, and no one really likes to hear the news that you need more work carried out than you thought. But Mr Will Small and his team, have done an exemplary job replacing the felt on my roof prior to solar panels being fitted. If in doubt research the repairs online and compare with what you have been told, but I think you are in safe hands with QTS National.

Roof and chimney stack (BA20) The service and work carried out from QTS was fantastic throughout, they will very professional and helpful throughout. They kept us informed at each stage and the job has been carried out to a high standard. I would recommend to anyone who needs any roof work or repairs. And a huge thank you to all the team huge thank you to all the team for battling the elements to get the work done, and doing an amazing job!

Renew felt and battens/retile extension roof extension roof (TA4) Promptly contacted me and attended to inspect and effect temporary repair. Agreed to attend and carry out works .This was done even quicker than agreed due to another job not being ready

New roof (TA1) Had a leak in our single storey extension. Will responded quite quickly to my post and came and had a look. Unfortunately, it turned out to be more complex than first thought, but revised the quote on the same day and, although it was going to take longer, started the following day rather than pushing us back to the next slot. The workmen themselves were polite and when we had some rain in, one of them came in and mopped the floor. Nice guys, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again, would just say that some of their communication could be better

Quote requested (BS23) I contacted a number of roofers for quotes, most did not get back to me. Will got back to me the same day, and attended the property the next day to view the roof. He sent me the quote by the evening. I have not yet had any work carried out as I'm waiting for my purchase to complete, but I was very impressed with his efficiency and communication.

Repair roofing. (TA12) Called to check water stains on top floor bedroom wall.Proceeded to check roof,said will check for source of leakage. Gave a quote for repairs.L accepted. Once work started said he had found source of problem but the whole roof needed to be stripped and everything replaced.The cost was 4 times the original quoted.I had no choice but to have the work done After completion l went up to the bedroom to set up ready for my grandchildren . To my absolute horror water was dripping down the walls.Called him to come,someone else did and claimed leakage was caused by neighbours chimney.Problem persist.

Ridged roof and flat roof replacement (BA9) Totally professional company who kept me fully informed of progress. Work was fully costed before proceeding. They stayed on site until job was completed. Courteous and reliable. I would use them again.

Replacement of front roof. (DT7) 100 year old roof was failing and leaking. Replaced with slates to a very high standard, much admired by people passing by. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous and did a quick but excellent job.

New leadworks, felting, tiles, facia and PVC cladding. (TA6) The team kept us fully informed throughout the works. Very impressed by the professional workmanship. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

New valley felting an tiles (TA6) Really pleased with the company . Workers were very polite . Cleaned any mess at the end of the day . Very pleased with the work they done to a very high standered. Would definitely recommend. I would use them again .

Flat roof replaced (BA21) Fantastic job and a great team of guys. Work looks amazing. All waste was removed and left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Replacement of kitchen roof + retiling of porch (BA22) Work appears to be of high quality and all people I was involved with acted professionally, a real positive. There were a few "false starts" which delayed the work by a couple of weeks. Had to do some tidying up after not nothing more than I would generally expect. Overall I'm very happy and would use QTS again, which I may do for guttering next year.

Whole roof refelted, battened and retiled. Chimney also removed. (TA12) Really happy with the works carried out. Nice team of guys. Really respectful; kept everything clean and tidy. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Will.

Resealing corner guttering (DT9) Tip top contractor. Very impressed by the professional workmanship with a very helpful crew. They would always be my first choice and recommendation with any roofing problems or jobs to be done.

Replacing main roof (EX11) A first class job from beginning to end. Everything explained and the site left clean and tidy.Highly recommended.

Replace flat roof and pitched roof on a dormer bungalow (TA19) The company is run by Will Small and he's very professional in his approach. The initial contact was impressive and he's kept us informed of progress at all times. During the time of completing the job, the weather was sometimes poor but we always had a phone call if the team were unable to turn up. The team were at all times polite and courteous and made as little disruption as they could.
