I had to send back the 5 in 1 easel as the whiteboard was no different to writing on a white wall in my classroom. It didn't erase at all. Screws were also not screwed all the way in and the clips to hold paper were attached crooked. It was so disappointing to hear it couldn't be exchanged as they were all the same.

We are sorry about this incident. This is a defective product. Therefore we have fully refunded the item for you. The hinge of this product was damaged in transit. We take all feedback seriously. Therefore we won't replace any products if we discover any quality issue. I hope this well explained why we didn't send a replacement and issue a refund instead.

We’ve bought a few wooden toys from Qtoys and they’ve been such a hit with my toddler! She’s learned so much through play from problem-solving to using her imagination and the quality is just beautiful. I love that they’re eco-friendly, safe and durable. Such a great investment for little ones!

Can not fault any of Qtoys educational resources! My whole experience with them from start to finish has been nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the resources, customer service, quick delivery times and accurate description of the products is just a start. I recently got the emotions puzzle with coping strategies for my family day care service and i can't love it enough. It has been so good to use when my little people are experiencing some big feelings and helping us trial some strategies on how to support those feelings. It's also such a versatile product as it can be used for colour recognition, supporting those fine motor skills by manipulating the puzzle pieces around along with all the benefits related to emotional awareness.

We have a few products from Qtoys and they're all super educational! They're also very fun and engaging for my toddler. Through use of Qtoys, he has been able to improve multiple skill sets such as gross and fine motor skills, coordination, problem solving and perseverance. I also really value that the toys are made sustainably. I'd highly recommend them to others.

I recently got the Flower Puzzle from Qtoys, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! Saige is absolutely obsessed with it. The vibrant colors and beautifully crafted wooden pieces really capture her attention. Not only is it fun for her to assemble, but it also helps with her fine motor skills and cognitive development. Watching her figure out how to fit the pieces together is such a joy. This puzzle is a perfect combination of entertainment and education – highly recommend for any child. The Loofah Lacing Set from Qtoys is a total hit with Saige! She loves threading the laces through the holes, and it’s been such a great activity for improving her hand-eye coordination and concentration. I love how this set keeps her engaged while helping her develop essential skills in a fun and playful way. It’s an essential part of her learning routine, and I’m so pleased with how much she enjoys it!

We love supporting an Australian owned business and my reason for this review is to tell everyone how wonderful the customer service has been from this company. As pictured, we have lost the “x” from our alphabet puzzle. I found the customer service provided has been so wonderful and easy to deal with getting a replacement! I’m not sure if other overseas companies would have been so obliging. I better mention that we obviously love our puzzles that we have purchased by qtoys, as to why one piece is missing. But it’s great quality and after a few years they are still looking brand new. We originally purchased these for my little ones 1st birthday and she’s about to turn 4! So well worth buying if anyone’s looking for gift ideas. Hope this can inspire someone to support this wonderful business as I highly recommend the products.
