I took my mother for a much needed girls getaway. The view was amazing. House was great, comfortable beds, plenty of seating. Loved that we could sit inside and still enjoy the full view of the lake, sunset, etc. The home was stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

The sunsets are gorgeous and the enclosed sunroom has a relaxing, cozy view. The neighborhood is peaceful and late nights by the fire pit are guaranteed to hold conversation. If you like the lake life and need somewhere to just breathe for a few days, this might be it for you.

We did not expect it to be a renovated double-wide trailer. There are no pictures of the front of the house in the listing. However, we loved the views of the lake from inside the house. As it was January when we booked, the weather did not permit us to take advantage of anything outside.

This is our THIRD stay at this gorgeous slice of paradise on Lake Livingston. We feel so at home, the moment we walk through the door. The wall-to-wall, 180 degree view of the lake and sunsets are simply breathtaking! The fishing off the dock is great and has a boat croquet on the lawn. Our hosts, Carlos & Beth, do everything possible to ensure your stay is wonderful. They respond immediately to communication and provide helpful tips to get the most out of your stay. There's even a golf cart you rent for a very reasonable fee so you tool around the neighborhood and watch the sunset from other vantage points. This is a rare gem on the lake in Livingston. Casual elegance, breathtaking views from every room, and so fun (and so peaceful), you'll return again and again. 5-stars!!!!
