Dear Mr. DiNicola, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with QC Kinetix. Prior to meeting with your patient care coordinator, and to ensure the highest level of treatments for our patients, our board certified medical staff (MD and NP/PA) completed a very thorough medical evaluation. We follow strict ethical and medical guidelines for care. We generally encourage and ask that patients bring any and all documentation, X-Rays, CDs etc. with them to their appointment, so, your comments are somewhat confusing. Our patient care coordinator is specially trained to educate our patients about the treatments in the protocol which includes explaining to our patients that in medicine results can never be guaranteed. Regarding negative reviews being taken down, this is not something we do but it's important to ensure that they are accurate and not misleading. It's also important for businesses to take constructive feedback and use it to improve their services. If you're still experiencing pain or discomfort after undergoing our treatments, I would advise you to contact our clinic to schedule an appointment so we can determine if there are any other options available to you.
