QC Kinetix (The Heights) Reviews

I have been receiving knee injections for 7-years now (mostly PRP and stem cells). Normally I would see knee results immediately. That has not been the case with QCK's injections. The results have taken weeks to show up. The two things I noticed that QCK does different than other clinics are as follows: 1. PRP INJECTIONS - only used 2-inch long needle. Others use 4-inch long needle to better reach the bone on bone area of my knees. The nurse injected from the opposite side (the side opposite the bone on bone side), If she just used a 4-inch long needle, things would have been perfect. 2. STEM CELL INJECTIONS - only used 1.5 inch long needle. A 4-inch long needle would have been perfect. BIG PROBLEM - continuously tried to shove the needle into the bone on bone area of each knee. Obviously very little penetration was obtained. They should have used the 4-inch long needle and injected from the knee side opposite the bone on bone side. I will wait a few weeks to see how the QCK injections work. My treatments are supposed to last for many many years. I will let you know JOE GEPHART

The experience is extremely none threatening and pleasant.

All the staff has been knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Treatments are completed with care and have been working. Already experiencing some relief with more to come as the process continues.

Great staff, clean facility. They get you in, seen and out the door in a timely fashion so you can go on with your day/life feeling great. I am please with the service and staff at QC Kinetix.

QC kinetix help me with my knees for 6 months I fought threw pain and tried layzer theory and steroids but those were short term Fixed QC Fixed me knees permanently and I couldn't be more greatful

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don't fall for this scam. I wasted $8000 and 5 months with them. They told me I had a partial tear in my rotator cuff and frozen shoulder. I was so afraid of surgery I went to QC Kinetix, first. They hurt me in my exam which I thought was neccessary. After 5 months of treatment, my shoulder was only worse. I was living in pure agony. I couldn't do anything with that arm. I lost muscle and lost quality of life. A couple of times throughout the treatment plan, I went back into to QC Kinetix pleading for help. They gave me an injection of pain medicine but when that wore off I was still no better off. Finally, I went to an orthodedic surgeon. In one visit, the orthopedic surgeon gave me FULL RELIEF. He said I did NOT have a frozen shoulder and I did NOT have a tear. Instead, I had rotator cuff tendonitis. Sure enough, I went back and looked at my MRI that QC Kinetix ordered and remembered, it said I did not have a tear but that I did have tendonitis. Then, I recalled, when I asked the provider about that he said it just meant I didn't have a full thickness tear. Bologna! As for frozen shoulder, the orthopedic surgeon explained, even though I couldn't move my shoulder with full range of motion, he could. If I had frozen shoulder he wouldn't be able to move it either. QC Kinetix plays on your fears and is a ripoff! Don't fall for it. I also asked them to make this right by offering a refund. They refused and said the traditional treatment was toxic to my body. Never mind the fact that their treatment isn't FDA approved and only made my shoulder and quality of life worse for 5 AGONIZING MONTHS!!!

I came to QC kinetics with a prior history of back issues and very worried that my advanced condition wouldn't respond to this treatment. I was assured by Ryan that if treatments didn't work that the expensive cash out of pocket expense would and could be negotiated somewhat. Well, my pain increased with each treatment and I was assured that it takes time for the pain to respond. Well. After having reached the end of my treatments I developed a syst at the injection site which was even more painful, and I was assured that they would work with me to work something out regarding the payment since the treatments left me worse off on top of the exorbitant cash cost. I've been calling for almost 2 months now and blowing me off to VM and now they are routing my calls to Indiana and are refusing to talk to me or even provide my medical records. Please do not try this place first, there are other places that will do the plasma injections at a fraction of the cost and not try to burn you. Hopefully they will still make this right, I will revise this post if they do but until then, I will keep you posted. I'm not trying to get service for free, only what wass discussed and agreed upon, realizing these guys are trying to start a business, I was even the very first person to attend this clinic on opening day I was so optimistic. I have over 1500 google reviews and millions and millions of views so I try to treat my reviews seriously with honesty and respect because I truly beleive in startups and small business but I don't not beleive in supporting business practices the likes of which characterize the way I have been treated.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Qckinetics in the Heights, and I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of care, expertise, and attention to detail provided by the entire team truly exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel comfortable and welcomed, especially Martha. The clinic itself had a clean and inviting atmosphere, creating a positive environment for healing and rehabilitation. The physical therapists at Qckinetics in the Heights are undoubtedly skilled professionals. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listening attentively to my concerns and goals. Their comprehensive knowledge and experience shone through as they developed a personalized treatment plan tailored to my specific needs.

I decided to come to QC Kinetix, and after a few treatments, it's amazing.

Great staff! Very friendly. Goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend this location. Open on Wednesdays.
