Staff was always polite and helpful, however I spent over $11,500 to have PRP and stem cell therapy on my left knee and right ankle with zero improvement. I guess the biggest red flag for me was when I came in for my consultation they never asked any questions about the type of pain I was experiencing or what injuries may have caused my pain. All they wanted to show me was their plan. Yes, I knew it was a risk, but it was a risk I was willing to take. Over a year later, probably close to 15 injections later and I have no positive results. I was hopeful for some type of improvement but in my case there has been none and I followed their directions to the letter of the law.
When I came in I could only take steps up or down one at a time. My right knee was very painful. I did not want to have TKR surgery. My husband had one and had a very bad experience from it. I can now say I am 80% better and am told it will continue to improve. I now have no pain going up and down stairs and my knee flexibility has improved. Thank you!

I am very happy with the results of these treatments. Before the series of treatments I could not walk without a cane and sitting behind the wheel of my car I could not tolerate more than a half hour, I had severe pain in my left knee. Now I am able to walk through the neighborhood without a cane and I just took a 15 hour drive without any real discomfort. Thank you.

My experience at this location was uncomfortable due to the manner in which I felt rushed to make a decision. Extremely expensive and my insurance would not cover it. It seemed like a scam. The only relief for painful bad knees is a TKR.
How are they still in business ? If it really works why doesn’t insurance cover it? Think about it.

This place is horrible. They literally used me wanting to be out of pain against me. I told them the entire time the process was going on that the PRP injections were not making my pain decrease and they kept telling me that my back was in such bad condition that if I kept going it should calm down. After the stem cells were put in I still in fact told them that the pain levels had not decreased and they told me just wait a little bit longer. At that point I realized then what they were doing and it was too late. I talked to a director and he told me that I was not getting any money back and the most he could do was offer me three more PRP injections free of charge after spending $8,000 plus tax. I didn't use Care Credit. I spent money from my savings. This is a true and uttered testimony to this disgusting place. Do not go here. The back is very complex. They gave me a 97% success rate. Whoever comments back to this post will probably say other than but that's what was told to me and the family member I brought along to be a witness to my supposed transition into a pain-free life. What a sham.

I started treatment in December of 23. It's now September 24 and my knee isn't any better. In fact I'd say it's probably worse. The staff is so great and very professional, but the treatment hasn't helped and I'm out $8k. It may work for you and I hope it does, but I'm now looking for something else. At 47 I'm still trying to be active and now I'm setback almost a year in my road to a better quality of life, waiting on this to help. I wish I had maybe had surgery before this treatment and maybe it would've been more effective. I'm feeling a little lost as to what my next step should be. Probably going back to the ortho & considering surgery.

I want to write this review before I am seeing the full benefits as I have not yet completed the program but I searched the internet for answers to my questions and couldn't find any info so let me share my experience so far. I have bursitis and tendonitis in my bicep, one shoulder bad, a little start of it in the other. I tried physical therapy which made me worse. Was in excruciating pain when I found QC Kinetix, especially at night. I couldn't get a full nights sleep. The people here are the kindest most understanding team. Everyone I have dealt with has made the process easier. My questions were about the pain of the procedure and the after and if it was normal. My injections hurt like hell and after the first two I suffered for two weeks each time. But as time went on I did see improvement - small glimpses of what could be. I was pretty frazzled and scared when it came time for stem cells. The team explained everything is great detail and assured me. I felt nothing during the extraction and the shots into my shoulder were so much less painful than the PRP or enzyme ones, which I was told was due to the viscosity of the material. I came home that day and I noticed I had more range of motion and alot less pain. I am a week out now and my days are 75% better, I still have issues at night but I am managing them and have great hope that I will one day sleep unbothered by this. I will have another PRP next week and then 3 months of rest before the final one. I am so incredibly hopeful and grateful. This is not been a comfortable journey and I have endured far more pain than I thought I had tolerance for but I believe the end result will be complete recovery and I will tell everyone I know who has issues with our current medical system to at least talk to QC Kinetix. You have to be willing to take the risk but I think far more people have success than don't. I believe that my body has the ability to heal itself and QC Kinetix is showing it how to.

I had numbness in both hands, possibly from neck or wrists. Neck treated with multiple treatments of 8 injections each were not particularly pleasant, but most medical treatments aren't. I'm not quite a year out, and most of $8,000.00 paid and no improvement. I know of one person and heard of others that had positive results, unfortunately I wasn't of them. Everyone at the office was pleasant and welcoming. The office located on Woodruff Rd was clean, neat and tidy without a lot of froo-froo. The lady that did the injections explained everything thoroughly and seemed knowledgeable. This isn't for everyone, glad for those that it helps-much easier than surgery.

I'm not a new man, but a much better man just 3 months out. I had my doubts, but do not trust FDA or Insurance/Hospital system to work in my best interests always. Did my homework on validity and effectiveness of regenerative therapy. Left hip was causing doubt that I would make it till Medicare worthiness. Pain levels are significantly decreased, mobility much improved. Hopeful for even more gains in strength, flexibility and continued reduction of pain.

It’s been a little over seven months since my last injections. I feel great! I no longer hear the bone on bone or feel all the pain I felt for years when getting out of a chair or walking up and down stairs
I’m not 100% nor an I running any marathons anytime soon and I have noticed if I do not stretch, workout, or ride my bike I tend to stiffen up so I continue to move!
I am feel so much better then when I received gel and Cortisone shots. It feels good getting up in the morning.
