Well i was very hopeful to improve my lower back pain (arthritis and bulging disc) as well as my shoulder (torn labrum). The onboarding procedure felt a little rushed but i was all in on the PRP and marrow injections. I understand that nothing is guaranteed so while im sitting here with no improvement after all the sessions, well it is what it is. What i am a little upset about is. On my last visit i was told to give it a few months and give a call in if i dont see improvement. Well i have called multiple times and left messages and they haven't responded. So im left feeling like ok they got my money i got nothing and thats that. Dont feel like thats how a company should treat you when you pay 20K and get no positive results. Still looking for a call back. Would like anyone considering this to really do your due diligence and check out competitors.

I went in optimistic, yet sceptical...if that's even a thing... haha! I had a recovering minor meniscus tear. I was shocked to have immediate relief after the first injection. I'm now complete with all treatments and feel like I'm almost 100%. In reality, I know that 100% healing will take much longer than a few months, but I've had marked improvements with every injection. Giving my body it's own natural ability to heal is priceless!! I'm going to get another MRI to compare... you know, just to be sure! :-)

Great experience so far. The initial plasma injections were very helpful in reducing pain and inflammation in all 4 joints being treated, and immediately died healing in my Achilles, which I had been suffering with for several months. I'm trying to avoid surgeries. So far, so good. I also had to pause treatments due to another illness and they have been very helpful and flexible.

I had my first of five treatments two weeks ago in my lower back. I have some slipped disks and have lost most of the cushioning between disks. When I came in for treatment I was experiencing general discomfort all the time and 10 or so jolts of pain per day. After the first injection (plasma) I have not had one single jolt of pain. The discomfort is occasional but not constant like before. I definitely did not expect such results this fast. Today I am receiving the last of the prescribed 5 treatments. I have had zero back pain since my first injection more than 7 months ago. I could not be more pleased. Please consider this before any kind of surgery.

I had a rotator cuff tear surgically repaired two years ago. The surgeon said if this didn’t work we would do a reverse shoulder replacement. When it started to feel painful again I went to QC Kenetix for a series of injections. Now a few months later I am pain free and no longer afraid of needing replacement surgery.
