QC Kinetix (Westlake) Reviews

My dad has been getting treatments at the Westlake office for a month or so now and we absolutely love the team. They are incredibly friendly and informative. My dad's pain has been getting better each visit too. Highly recommend this team and experience!

I came in to QC KINETICS after being referred by 2 friends of mine that are physical therapists. I am bone on bone in my left hip and showed Dr. Aaron my xray from last June and when I asked him if he had ever had another patient like me and he said yes. When I asked him if and when did the hip injections make a difference for him he told me 6 months. Well, here it is June 3rd and I just finished my 4th injection after beginning March 22nd. I can honestly say that am I 100% pain/discomfort free, the answer is no, but do I feel 65 - 80% better the answer is yes. I no longer have to rub my lower back muscles on our steps in the morning to get rid of the muscle pain. I no longwr have to assist my left leg getting into our Checy Blazer or Equinox due to a little pain. I can walk the dog without really thinking about my hip. I can actually walk normal again. Yes I do have an occasional hiccup, but this is so much better so far for mer than going under the knife and having something artificial put in my body. This is what I have been waiting for. .This is cutting edge technology using your own blood to heal your body..

Once I decided to do something other than pain pills, topical cremes, and planning my days around my problem knee I took the plunge with this protocol. It really helps that the entire staff in Westlake office were kind, listened, and treated me and only me like what I said mattered while I was there for my visits. As of this review I just completed my fourth of five visits. It has made a big difference short term since I have not yet completed all of my visits. What's going to matter is the long haul which I am not there yet. I think with some rehab I may be able to take my stairs like I used to and get back to living each day without having to worry about pain. Thats my hope.

My experience was A1 at QC Kinetix. The staff was very friendly and professional. They all made me feel welcome and relax for the whole experience, from explaining the procedure to helping me get the financial help needed for the procedure. I have never experienced such a friendly atmosphere at any medical organization before. As far as the procedure goes, I felt positive results almost immediately and after 4 out of five treatments I am almost completely pain free in the shoulder being treated, I am grateful for the entire staff and the care they showed to me at every visit.

I would rate relief the most after the first procedure; the second most after the fourth procedure and the third most after the third and the fourth most after the second time. the pain that I had after the procedure was not long lasting. The first procedure there was hardly any pain when I first got up. This will be very good depending on how long it lasts. If it lasts as good as I am today I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Great customer service and efficient staff. Everything is explained well. Facility is very clean, quiet and comfortable. It's too early to tell how much this will help my shoulder, but the process was worth trying.

The people were professional and great but the procedure did not help my hip and back pain. They said that they had a 85% to 95% success rate. It is easy to say that but I find it hard to believe that my case is the 5% to 15%. I just had my 5th and final treatment. I am 53 years old and in good health other than this hip and lower back pain. It was a $7,000 gamble and I lost. Now I know why this treatment is not covered by insurance. If you go with this treatment please understand your gambling. I don’t believe the odds of winning are as good as they say it is.

I’ve never been more scared and fearful of my personal health and well being. Going to my first apt with qc kinetix I was barely able to walk into the building with all the pain I was experiencing. The pain had been lasting for almost 6 months and at this point no one could convince me that any type of treatment was going to help after finding out what was going on with my back. When I met the team at qc kinetix I wasn’t aware of how much they would impact my well being and my out look for what seems like the rest of my life. Jessica was able to explain to me without any prior knowledge of my condition, exactly what was wrong. Even without her own experience was able to explain and empathize with me about my condition and all the pain I was going through. Once they all had come in and introduced themselves everyone seemed to have a positive attitude with no “maybes” or “ifs” and “buts” on helping me get my life back. When leaving out of the office that day they gave me a glimmer of hope which was more than what I thought I would ever have again. So the next week I started my treatments. It’s been a very scary and challenging process! I even walked out of the office on my second apt because of fear that I couldn’t seem to conquer! From George the man that always kept reminding me that it’s okay to be scared, to Trina the woman that took my labs that ended up being someone I enjoyed seeing every visit, and finally to Jessica the dr that was supposed to be the scariest person in the office that turned out to be the person I was hoping to see in the end. I’m still going through my treatment, but I know I don’t have to wait for the last apt to know that this group of professional caregivers has changed my outlook and quality of life. So in conclusion if you are interested in getting your life back and being able to afford it with people that actually spend time getting to know you and your situation, I wouldn’t recommend or even consider anyone else other then the team at QC Kintix. I was having problems with my knees and really kept putting it off, until my hip became very painful, and couldn't stand it, then I contacted QC Kinetix and they were very helpful, they straightened my hip problem almost immediately,and my knees are coming back, I've gone through the process but I'm not complete with the process and I will be doing that, but now in rehab stage and I think it's gonna really be a great help to me, I know it's given me more to move around with, than I had before.

QC Kinetix is great to work with; everyone is pleasant and responsive. The work done on my shoulders have improved my range of motion and I have had a lot less pain. Dr. Wolkoff is attentive and has followed up through out the process. I highly recommend QC Kinetix as a good alternative to surgery.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t ask my doctor to see my X-rays or cat scan or anything to confirm what was the issue at hand. Felt like they just guessed what the issue was based on knowledge and although they were right I was very hesitant at first to go forward with the process due to tha. In the end it all worked out.

After 2+ years of chronic low back pain and months at a chiropractor, physical therapist, etc, I am so happy I found an alternative! I have gotten so much pain relief from the treatment. The staff is wonderful! Very kind and accommodating! This experience has been life changing for me.

The experience, staff, and results at QC Kinetics has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone having arthritis or tendon issues.

I am so glad I went to QC Kinetix, both shoulders were bone on bone and was very limited on range, I was contemplating not being able to golf, since I have had the treatments my range of motion has improved immensely and I can't wait to get back on the golf course, my pain has gone from severe to nothing. I am able to sleep much better nights.

I had a great experience with QC Kinetix. The staff was professional and friendly. They made me completely comfortable with the process every step of the way. I was feeling better after my second treatment and was able to sleep thru the night without pain. I haven’t been able to do that for a long time!
