The staff was so friendly and helpful with full explanations on the procedures. I was extremely pleased at the results that I got with my knee in such a quick amount of time. I am also told that the healing will even continue!

Do not give this company your phone number! I inquired about information once and the woman obviously had something better to do since she let out deep sighs after every question. I hung up on her and have since been contacted about a dozen times. I got the first message! If want to call you back, I will!!

Disappointed, not just with results, but with lack of follow up by staff and doctors at QC. You would think with such a relatively new medical technology (not to mention the costs) that they would want to follow up with patients after a few months to see how they are doing. Once they had my money and did my final injection, I never heard from them again. Pain may have improved in neck for a few months, but back again and worse than ever. Such a sad waste and so disappointed in this company. The science seems sound, but if you are interested in getting this treatment, look elsewhere.

The team at this location is great. I was skeptical that they could help me. Was told surgery was my only option for a separated shoulder with Arthritis. When I came to the office my pain level was a 9 out of 10. After the treatments I'm at a 0 out of 10 most days. Other days 1 out of 10. I can sleep at night again. My experience has been wonderful.

My first visit was in late January with 6 areas of serious pain and discomfort. It is now mid-March and I cannot believe the relief I have experienced. The healing process is just beginning but getting the swelling and degeneration under control has provided me with so much more freedom to live! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and they do everything possible to make this process as comfortable as possible while explaining the entire process so there is no mystery to what is being done and what to expect. I have already recommended this to several friends and will continue to do so!

Very pleased with the professional level of service received at QCKinetix. Considering the downtime and cost associated with surgical alternatives this process was well worth the money. Any provider associated with the traditional medical insurance model will want to push surgery.because they are not familiar with the PRP/Stem cell methods and their benefits as well as the fact that they can not make $ running similar procedures through big insurance. Do yourself a favor and do your own research and be you own advocate.

This was the most Mcfabulouz money I spent all year. I was skeptical first. I don't like needles. But my Boro fam, Ali, and Jalonda made me so comfortable that first treatment I embraced every subsequent visit. I'm back on the basketball court and any other physical event I want to participate. My experience at QC Kinetix was amazing. The staff is very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I came in with knee pain, and as a nurse I am on my feet all day I don’t have time to sit down. Meagan went through the treatment with me and explained everything in detail. The providers April and Ali were also amazing. I am feeling so much better! I am able to continue working while getting treatment, and not having to slow down. I am so glad I chose QC Kinetix over surgery, my knees feel new again!

As a military guy, I came in with two herniated discs, radiculopathy, and disc degenerative disease in my lower spine. I had just spent three weeks unable to move from the couch on narcotics because the pain was so bad. I decided to give this a try off a recommendation from a gate guard we know. I went in, got the in depth details about how it works, and although I was 20% hopeful, I went ahead and did it because I really had nothing to lose. I just had my last appointment today and I wanted to hug every single person in there because I haven’t had a problem with my back at all since treatment. I am back on my workout schedule (modified slightly), starting to get back towards light running, stretching every day, walking every day, and able to play with my kids outside. They really took a personal interest in my case and provided me with practical things to help along the way too, almost like physical therapy exercises. The office is great, clean, and the staff is just so incredibly helpful and kind. They even didn’t complain when I had to bring my twins in with me at one appointment. I think as long as you do your due diligence at home, this will help fix it. Truly a blessing.

Worth it for me. After first treatment shoulder immediately improved a little and kept improving for following 2 months. It then plateaued for couple months. But then, around time of my 5th treatment, the shoulder started improving again. Swimming is no longer a task of trying to protect it, weight lifting finally is productive. Now I can engage in activity with progress and gains instead of having an arm I have to pamper around. Thanks
