Facility was very impressive, however I felt like I was buying a used car… lame sales tactics and the information was thrown at me in rapid time. When I said I wanted to research more and think about this it got very weird the price started dropping and payment plans were available etc. I left and never heard back from them so I’m guessing this is a get them to bite while onsite place and not worth pursuing me after I’m gone scenario. It was a very weird experience. I’ve been to over a dozen doctors and facilities in the past two years for my knee’s and I would never recommend this place.

The staff at QC Kinetix in Lowell are very professional and personable, including Joyce, the RN I see at each treatment, and Chris Johnson, the Consultation Coordinator. I have not completed all of the treatments on my knee yet, but I definitely feel the difference and it keeps getting better with time. Fingers crossed that I can avoid knee surgery altogether!

Just finished my treatment plan for my damaged and arthritis in my shoulder. I felt a major difference 1/4 of the way into the therapy and having just finished with my 6th injection the shoulder is at least 80% better than when I started. Prior to treatment, I could not effectively throw a football or baseball any longer and now I am playing catch and throwing around with my 11 and 7 year old boys and can’t thank QC Kinetics, Dr. Aguilar and every single staff member who have been amazingly welcoming, kind and relaxing the entire time. I’d give a 10 star review if possible and highly encourage anyone with joint pain the at the least get a consultation on this and avoid surgery if possible.

Just finished treatment on shoulders and thumbs. My shoulders are 95%, yay no rotator cuff surgery! Tendons look and feel great, I can sleep at night, even with my arms over my head. Thumbs are much better as well, can open jars, peel potatoes and so many other things I couldn’t do before.

I have had ankle problems for years due to sports injuries and negligence, and my job as a carpenter was not helping. After hearing advertisements on the radio and realizing there was a location within 2 miles from me I went to check it out. Because it is considered an alternative treatment the insurance will not cover it but please don’t let that be a dealbreaker. Today is my last treatment and my ankles are in 100% better shape. The staff are awesome, my experience was great

The medical staff were most helpful and very professional. The treatments have helped me manage some of the pain to the right hip which has been bothering me. I may have to undergo hip surgery in the future but these treatments have helped prolong this uncomfort. Thanks Q.C. Staff very much

The staff at QC Kinetics in Lowell were very professional and personable. I believe the science behind the process that QC Kinetix offers is really impressive and makes a lot sense. There were 2 factors that put us off. First, being that the cost is very high. I expected it to be a lot but not as much as it is. Second, there was a lot of redundancy in the “sales pitch”. In a sense, it was oversold to us. Which made it feel less authentic, which led to skepticism. Maybe we will revisit this after they have been around longer.

I am not complete with my treatment for Knee and Shoulder pain, but over the first 3 months, I have seen improvement in both and am optimistic for the impact of my final treatment after 3 months.

very nice facilty. The staff were very nice. They need to give there patients more information and advice during procedure to strengthen the muscles in the effected area.

I wish they had a better breakdown of what all the treatments cost. When I went in, I was quoted differently (higher) than I had been over the phone. Months later, after treatment had begun, I was told they could not do the BMAC procedure, then they began again with the plasma. I asked about that at my next appointment, as the stem-cell treatment was the reason I went to QC. They said I could not do that & they would give me a refund of some of the money, but again, I would have no idea what they were actually charging for the BMAC as well as the other procedures. That should be broken down & very clear. I wonder, now, if they can not do this procedure again, will I be refunded?...because this is a lot of money out of my pocket to never have completed what I thought would be the protocol.
