I tore my MCL in my left knee playing racqetball. Within a couple of months, I had an MRI and then surgery to repair the damage. After surgery, the structural damage was fixed but the pain and swelling persisted. Months later, I found QC Kinetix in Boise. I had an initial consultation and we reviewed my MRI scan from before surgery. Mark Briggs, P.A., talked with me about regenerative therapy. I went through the treatment, which consists of taking our own stem cells from blood draws and injecting the cells back into the affected area. I am happy to say that I had my last injection today and my knee is 100% better. I have no pain, no swelling and no tenderness at all. If you are hesitant to have surgery, or if you have had surgery but still have lots of pain, I encourage you to try QC Kinetix. The staff there is fantastic and I highly recommend this treatment!

Don't Wait! I've had knee pain after working out and hiking for several years. Although an orthopedic told me doing squats would resolve my knee arthritis, the pain persisted after years of lifting and doing the "exercises" that would resolve the arthritis. I had researched regenerative joint treatments and when I saw QC Kinetix in Boise I decided to give it a try -- before things got any worse. My knees stopped cracking multiple times daily after the third injection and the knee pain behind my knee caps was greatly reduced. I just finished my last injection and haven't had the arthritis pain for several weeks now. Mary is amazing, the whole team is professional, and the facility is clean and welcoming. It's been a great experience!

The doctors are super nice, and supportive. They really are alot of help, and are there for you the whole way. I dislocated my shoulder and I came here to fix it so I can wrestle again. I have seen alot of improvement in my shoulder strength wise. I highly recommend giving this a try! I loved my experience and I do not regret making this choice instead of suergy.

Staff is very supportive. From day one they explained what was happening. I’ve had low back pain for many years and many treatments, i.e, PT, massage therapy, ablation and many doctor appointments. I just finished the fourth treatment session and am experiencing much improvement with pain, walking, and balance. I highly recommend this treatment.

From the moment you walk into the clinic you are greeted with a warm welcome and immediately feel at ease as this is not your typical clinic. This is an "out of the box" approach to addressing chronic pain issues as an alternative to drugs or surgery. Drugs and surgery are more of a "bandaid" and do not solve the root cause. Using your body's natural regenerative capability to heal itself is the next level of care. Regenerative therapy using plasma/PRP/A2M/and your own stem cells is an amazing approach. This is not a one and done. QC Kinetix is program based where each regenerative therapy builds on the previous. I am very active and have a healthy life style but the last 2-3 year my knees have started to bother me on occasion. I came in to take a proactive approach as to avoid age related degenerative issues with my knees. Mary the NP was the practitioner who cared for me and she is AMAZING. Her caring disposition and professionalism are what sets this place apart. She injected Plasma into both my knees and within an hour I could tell a noticeable difference with decreased stiffness. I highly recommend QC Kinetix if you are looking for a holistic / natural approach to chronic pain issues.

I went in a couple weeks ago and was disappointed when I realized that they are extremely business oriented and less patient oriented. They told me I was a good candidate for this treatment, which I got the feeling was what they told everybody who goes in there. Then I was given the impression that after the nurse came in to ask me some questions, the doctor was going to come in. But there is no doctor at the boise clinic, instead, the man who came in to see me was the owner (who is a business man, not a doctor) who tried to persuade me to start treatment right then that day. (After some research, I discovered that this man is not only NOT a doctor, but he is not a medical professional at all)! I was a little skeptical about the whole thing since it was supposed to be a consultation only. And I’m glad I listened to my intuition because they were going to charge me over $10K for this. They only seemed interested in getting me to commit to doing treatments and saying anything that would get me to spend my money.
Additionally, once I said I would need to think about it and didnt want to do anything that day, the owner rushed me to the front desk to fill out all kinds of paperwork for financial qualifications and consent forms to have on file for when I decided to come in for the first treatment. It felt very pushy, rushed, presumptuous, and scamish. I recommend looking at other sites for reviews on this place before going in….as well as reviews on the Better Business Bureau.

Current lawsuit against this company….beware!!!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Google them and you’ll see there is currently a LAWSUIT against this company for FRAUDULENT FINANCIAL PRACTICES and use of medications in their injections that are apparently NOT FDA APPROVED! And the person who owns/ runs the QC Kinetix in Boise, Benjamin Rippey, isn’t even a doctor or medical professional, yet he comes in to your appointment, acting as if he is the doctor…..it is weird. If you Google his name, nothing comes up related to medicine, there is no information about him, no training, education, or credentials to be found. He is not a doctor, but a shady business man trying to rob ailing patients of their money by taking advantage of their desperation to try and find some pain relief.
I went in for an initial consult a few weeks ago, and I was turned off by their pushy behavior. The owner, Benjamin, (who I thought was the doctor) came in and tried to get me to commit to an injection right then at this initial consult (and this was BEFORE anything about cost was mentioned). He definitely wanted me to commit to starting treatment right then and there, nevermind the fact that he was going to charge me over $10,000 for treatment (which insurance does not cover, so this is ALL out of pocket). He never mentioned the price before telling me I should just go ahead and start right then. And even after I said I wasn’t ready to start anything, he quickly rushed me to the front desk and had me fill out all kinds of paperwork on financial qualifications, and consent forms so they would be all ready when I did decide to do it. It was VERY pushy, rushed, presumptive, and unprofessional! I felt scammed evn though I never committed or signed up for anything.
Look up other reviews on this company BESIDES GOOGLE……there are several negative reviews on BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, as well as other trusted sites, so do your homework!!! I am hoping to warn any potential customers about their shady business practices and suggest you seriously check out history and extensive patient reviews on this company!!!!!

Arthritis in my right hip flared up every winter making it almost impossible to walk. I needed two canes. It only was an issue in the winter so when doctors kept pushing for a complete hip replacement that seemed to be overkill. I started treatments with QC Kinetix before winter began. I have had an entirely pain-free winter. I am able to walk my dog for miles every day, even when the temperature was near zero outside. My range of motion continues to increase.
