Jo, whilst not inherently a bad person, can often be highly unprofessional, and challenging to engage with, resorting to abrasive, bullying-like behaviour towards tenants. Has scheduled rent inspections, but not arrived and with no communication. Has hung up the phone deliberately when she no longer wishes to hear what you have to say. Has had tradesmen arrive to home seeking access without communication to tenants.
I had the opportunity to meet Jo, who is an exceptional and lovely person. She helped us find a fantastic apartment and provided us with clear information and conditions. We appreciate her kindness and loyalty, as she gave us advice and had good conversations with us. I highly recommend this agency as the contract and details were fulfilled with great precision and speed, without wasting any time. Kerryn Mickle has been the best agent we could have ever asked for.
We had a little old cottage in Kojonup that we had wanted to sell for some time. We had tried ourselves with no luck. Kerryn Mickle was a previous work colleague of mine and I suggested that we use her to try and sell our property. We were not confident in selling the house as it needed a lot of work and there was a lot of rubbish and junk lying around the property. Kerryn took it upon herself to arrange skip bins and to clean up the yard. I mean who does that - who goes that extra mile to make something happen. She has some strange enquiries that she needed to deal with and she did this very well. She also kept us informed the whole time about what she was doing and how things were progressing. It is a very small market in a country town like that but Kerryn just kept persevering and was able to get a sale. We are so happy with all the work that she put in. All the weird and wonderful queries that she managed without involving us. It is a huge relief not to have to deal with the property anymore.

We bought an investment property through Jo. She was extremely professional and transparent in giving us the detailed history of the property, including what work had been done in the past, and what areas we would need to improve to maximise rental. Jo not only help us to negotiate a reasonable price with the seller, but also took initiative to organise quotes and deal with vendors and tradespeople on the work required. This include landscaping, reticulation, changing of ceiling fans to air conditioning, security doors, and other upgrades. She was extremely diligent, and because we found that she manages rentals properties, we decided to give her the contract. She had the property rented in no time and has been on top of details all the way. She even gets her sleeves rolled up to help with repairs. We are very impressed with Jo and her integrity in her work and character have given us confidence.
