Shocking experience, after being promised it would be a simple installation and a lot longer then the timescale i was told . When the guys eventually arrived to do it ,it quickly became apparent it was a far bigger job and holes and large ducting would have to be put in a few rooms . Also the guys ( who were nice in fairness) said rather than the agreed 8 panels they could only do 5. So obviously we decided not to go ahead. Waiting almost 4 weeks for the refund of my deposit of €1,500 . Not one person from the company contacted me even though I contacted them on numerous occasions only to be promised it would be sorted and eventually ignored. Had to threaten legal action and another phone call plus emails to eventually get the deposit back. STAY AWAY

Unprofessional Cold Calling This service has phoned my work phone 25 times, and left voicemails ongoing. Asking me to contact them if I wanted a quote. 30/09; 01/10; 03/10; 06/10 x2; 07/10; 08/10; 09/10 x2; 11/10; 13/10 x2; 16/10; 17/10; 21/10 After leaving this review they have continued to call me touting for business: 22/10 23/10 28/10 29/10 30/10 x3 30/10 in the evening the sent me a what’s app message. I continue to be contacted by the company every day. As such I have also reported to the data protection commission. After this they have continued to call me. 01/11 03/11 08/11 12/11

From start to completion PV Gen looked after us to an exceptional standard. Fantastic communication and very clear information provided. On the day, the gentlemen were so professional and did a great job, everything was very tidy and looks great. Love the apps and seeing the generation of the panels and usage. Would highly recommend!

Be very careful of this crowd. Can't be trusted. Using inferior imported materials from the far east & selling them of at over inflated prices to their unsuspecting customers. PV Gen do not honor their warranties, charging customers call out fees & for replacement parts 'not covered by the warranty'. Customer complaints take weeks if not months to get resolved. After sales service is non existent at PV Gen. Don't fall victim to the solar scam.

I purchased my solar panells from p v Generation and found them excellent During insulation the electricians and the crew that erected the panells were very efficient and helpful They explained how the system operated They cleaned up after the work was done and a pleasure to deal with I had several issues as regards the working of the Eddie Any time I rang they were so helpful and did not keep me waiting I spoke so many times to Michelle who explained everything to me and sorted out all my questions She was a pleasure to deal with No issue too small and she rang me back several times to make sure I was happy with it all I would highly recommend her She was a true lady I would recommend PV Generation and the support that I got from Michelle was brilliant

PV Gen have completed two PV Residential installs for me. The first in Oct 22 and the second in Oct 23. I found them most professional and hard working. From the initial contact with their Representative, John Burns; through to their Engineer, Aidan Reilly; their Lead Electrician, Thomas O'Reilly and their Customer Care Administrator, Natasha Mullhall; all proved to be highly motivated and customer centric.

Just had our solar panels installation completed by PV Generation very professional done from start to finish and that included the paperwork,a pleasant bonus 😄. From Josh,consulting on what type of system that was needed to Dean and his very efficient installation team who were very pleasant, informative and professional👍 The next day I got a call from Natasha, customer care to check to see if I was happy with the system and that everything was up and running ,which it is and producing efficient green power to the house 💚💚💚 A great service and amazing team of people from PV Generation to do business with. PV Generation came highly recommended to us by a work colleague, who had availed of their services to install solar panels on their home in County Kildare. We therefore contacted PV Generation to visit our home and pitch their service and product to us. Right from the start of this process, PV Generation impressed us. Their sales rep, Tony Diamond, called to our home and was superb. He explained the process to clearly and answered all our questions brilliantly. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. In the weeks that followed, even before we committed to PV Generation, he even answered our phone calls where we sought further advice or any questions we had about other products and services. He was so professional, trustworthy and kind. A pleasure to deal with. In terms of product and price, we found PV Generation to be very competitive and offering an excellent service. Tony Diamond and the onsite engineer who surveyed our home before any installation occurred were both excellent. Both insuring that everything would run smoothly the day of installation. The day of installation itself was stress free and very efficient. The installation crew arrived bang on our arranged time of 9am and were done in a few hours by 2pm. The whole process was seamless and flawless. The work crew were very professional and courteous and left everything spotlessly clean. The team leader explained all the systems to us when they had finished the installation. This included the Eddi and the apps involved in using the system. We were so at ease using the system by the time they left. We could not recommend PV Generation highly enough! An excellent service and job from start to finish. A super company! Had someone come to talk about the solar panels and everything and we decided to go ahead with it. they said they would have someone out to check the house in the month and install the panels in 10 weeks time. The man to check house was out the following Monday and said he would send us 3d pictures of what it would look like. Got a call the Thursday that week to see would we be ok for the solar panels to be installed the following Wednesday, I said we would. They arrived at about 9am and were finished at about 11.30/12. So from first speaking to them to install it was 3 weeks and it works great. How can I complain?
