We've had our Purer Air unit since the Fall of 2024. Everything was great until the unit stopped working the FIRST time roughly July 2025. Took 2 months to get it back repaired. It has stopped working AGAIN on Feb 28, 2026 and NO ONE will return our calls! **************** doesn't exist, but they're sales pitch pushes that it will be covered as long as someone is using it..... How can that be when they won't call you back!?!!
I am filing this complaint to warn other consumers about my experience with this company.During the sales process, I made it very clear to the sales representative that I could not afford the air purifier and only wanted the free purifier for scheduling an appointment. Despite this, the representative continued to pressure me and repeatedly told me to fill out a form. At no point did he clearly disclose that this form was a credit application or that my credit would be run.I specifically asked how the monthly payment program would work due to his pressure, and instead of providing a clear explanation, he again pushed me to complete the form. The representative then put a phone in front of me and informed me that I had been approved for credit which is how I discovered that my credit had been run. There was no clear, transparent disclosure that I was authorizing a credit ********** addition, I have not received all of the items that were promised as part of this purchase, and the purifier is broken and needs to be fixed. I have had this purifier over a month and it has only worked for less than a week. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company to resolve these issues and have received no communication. There has been no proper resolution.Consumers deserve full transparency when it comes to financing agreements and credit applications. Pressuring someone who has stated they cannot afford a product, failing to clearly disclose that a credit application is being submitted, and not delivering all promised items is unacceptable.I am requesting appropriate corrective action to ensure other consumers are not placed in the same situation.Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
Don’t fall for it. They’ll get your to buy their product then bail out if you ever have a question. Even if you email customer service, no one replies. Ultimately I had two products that now don’t work and have to be trashed. They are less than a year old but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Massive waste of money.

Cumbersome and expensive
This unit should never be sold to older customers! It’s heavy to empty and fill the water tank, difficult to clean and cumbersome to use… there’s a buy back program that offers pennies on the dollar for a unit used a few times.paid $3400- was offered $700.
