Cumbersome and expensive
This unit should never be sold to older customers! It’s heavy to empty and fill the water tank, difficult to clean and cumbersome to use… there’s a buy back program that offers pennies on the dollar for a unit used a few times.paid $3400- was offered $700.

I was coerced into signing up for the 11/1 program, unknowingly I was signing a contract. I was given the product that had already been used for a demonstration in another home. I had an uneducated sales person who answered all of my questions incorrectly. I was told to call the office multiple times and never received answers. I had 4 unauthorized payments taken out of my account of over $100 each. After talking with two different “managers”, I was told that I should have read the contract before signing. After explaining that I wasn’t aware I was signing a contract, they continued to make fun of me, saying there is no way to get out of this and they will send me to collections if I cancel. They explained I was going to be stuck paying for this $3,000 vacuum/air purifier. They said I only had three days to cancel after signing the contract, which I was never told. They also told me that after six months, if all of the referrals are not done there is nothing more they can do for me. In this time, my machine handle broke off, they said I could send it in to be fixed but I would have to pay an additional $12 fee.I am aware that there are others stuck in this same position, bullied by the office managers into paying an enormous amount of money with no other choices given to them.

This is an awful service!! the lady we got was super sweet but I feel she didn’t know what she was talking about she said we were allowed to return it if we didn’t want it. She gave us one that’s already been used for showings…. I’m not happy with machine I think it cost way too much for what it is. Payments start in march and I tried to give back literally 5 days after I had it! It’s a scam. Don’t waste your money…. I’m so upset that I have to even pay for this. Not worth it. If I would have known everything I know now I would have never agreed to sign anything!!

As for the purchase at the time of the sale and on your paperwork there is a notice of cancellation for 3 business days after the purchase just like any other in home product you purchase. You can find a copy of this is your email, this is acknowledge before the sale is final.
