Stacy was very responsive. I was in town working remotely and the battery in my laptop expanded. She scheduled a technician to come over and remove the battery. The technician was very friendly and quick to remove the battery. (He had never seen one expanded that much!!) He helped to ensure I ordered the correct replacement from Amazon. He came back the next day and installed the new battery. So thankful to have Punta Gorda Computers at my fingertips!
