First visit was good staff very helpful and polite Dr kefalas was great took time with us explain stuff and looking forward to some positive results with my partner there I do highly recommend pulmonary physicians Incorporated I know my partner is going to get back on her feet and get well soon

I have tried several times and left several voicemails to simply make an appointment. Referred by the hospital. I have left several messages over a 3 day period without a call back at all. Horrible way to do business and treat customers. Update 1 month later and still no call back. I also received a text from their scheduling dept. I gave the hours I was available for an appointment and STILL NO CALL BACK. Then got a VM from Brittney saying they were sending my referral back to the doctor. I went ahead and got in with another specialist that actually calls customers back and answers their phones. It literally took me 15 minutes. Customer Service means a lot if you want to bring in business. I suggest new ways of handling appointments. Do BETTER

I tried really hard to like this office. Dr Angl was very dismissive of me the first and second time I came, with a malignant cancer diagnosis no less, and there is NO flexibility in appointments. I called ahead of my appointment to let them know I would be maybe 5 minutes late and they pushed my appointment to the end of the next month even though I would've been in the waiting room 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I hope others have a better experience than me.

I called 3 times in one month left messages and not one person returned my phone calls. I ended up having to go to Urgent Care. They should return phone calls.

I see Dr. Nashawati. He's the best. All nurses and office staff are great. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Bouserhal is generally very attentive to my concerns. However, office staff, assuming medical staff, can be rude and not responsive to patient inquiries

The ease of NP forms, to the professional staff, access to the building. I finally feel like I received the best care. My medication was sent to my pharmacy and specialty pharmacy before I got to my car. Very impressed with how well the team works together. Dr.B was wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars, they certainly deserve it! Thank you
