Shane was like a miracle. After months of my husband trying to diagnose the leak (he usually fixes everything) Shane came in with all the diagnostic gear, fantastic communication, great knowledge and a friendly professional manner. He had us sorted out in 2 sessions (needed to come back with dive gear) to fix the many leaks. We are so happy with every aspect of his service. Highly recommended!!

I can't speak more highly of Shane.
he was so helpful and efficient with everything. He put my mind at rest about my pool leak and fixed it no problem!
Will definitely call on him again if I have any more issues.

We phoned Shane when our spa mysteriously emptied (thought the puppy may have been on a chewing frenzy!). He came out quickly, diagnosed the problem and came back to us with a couple of options. While waiting for the part to arrive from overseas he kept us informed and returned with the part to fix the problem while giving us some tips on how to run the spa better. We found Shane to be professional, efficient, friendly ... an absolute pleasure to work with.
Shane thank you for an awesome service, we'll definitely phone you if we ever have any problems in the future.

Shane recently replaced my pool pump. I was impressed with his timeliness in arranging a visit and arriving on time to install the new pump. The work itself required customising the pipe fittings as the old pipes were incompatible with the new pump. He completed the work in a short time in a thoroughly professional manner. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

Shane scuba dived and identified and repaired our leaking pool. He made it seem so easy, though we had been trying to find the leak for months. Amazing service and pool knowledge, would highly recommend.

Shane responded to our issue very quickly.
He thoroughly investigated our swimming pool leak. He had high tech equipment, he was extremely thorough and found the leak in a short time. We haven't met another pool technician who has been so professional and thorough. Along with this Shane was friendly and informative. We will only be using Pukka Pools going forward!
