THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I experienced nothing but stress, excuses, blame, and DELAYS Oooh and unprofessionalism. They Hook and Bait you with broken dreams promises while you're devastated and emotional by the damages to your home. Lori and George come to your home with the oooh my I can't believe this happened...their going to pay blah blah blah. They get you to sign the contract and tell you they can collect PA fees to cover their portion but actually they get 10% of EVERY CHECK YOU GET! Which makes it very hard for the contractor to make money off the work they do. When you try to hold them accountable to following up on your claim they make more excuses and blame their lack of follow up on everybody else. The way Lori comunicates with the insurance company and contractors is very rude and unprofessional. After asking to be released from the contract they refused. Even though the contract allows a buyout option. It got sooo bad I had to tell my insurance company to not communicate with them. I'm still going thru this nightmare. So I'll keep you updated. And George I have no issue with posting screenshots on the service I received. Please don't waste your MONEY on this company!

What an experience dealing with our insurance company. Have patience patience patience. The good guys win. It takes the insurance companies time to try and get out of paying you. Call this company with your concerns. They will make sure you are made whole. We had to wait a while but with patience we were able to get our concerns taking care of.

They were very professional and knowledgeable; helped me with the claim process, and maximize the compensation i got from the insurance company, witch I heard from friends its a hassle to deal with from their own experience.

I don’t know what I would have done without Atlanta Public Adjusters.. I came home from a business trip to a burst pipe and no where to sleep or any idea of what to do first. I turned to Google and called Atlanta Public Adjusters and within 30 minutes they were there! They called an Uber for me and sent me to a hotel near my job while they assessed the cause and damage to my property. They payed for my long stay in the hotel themselves and said nothing would come out of pocket for me, this would all be covered by the insurance because “I called the right guys.” They were right! They contacted my insurance and were able to get me a settlement for ALL the damages my property sustained. My home looks better than I could have ever imagined. Calling these guys was the best thing I could have done, they made all the calls and got every penny.

Calling Atlanta Public Adjusters was the best decision I have ever made! I was completely lost dealing with the insurance company after this unexpected leak. Once I had a team of people working for me to get the job done I knew everything would be good. I'm glad to say 2 months later my wife and I are extremely happy with our restoration, its better then new! There is no way I would have been able to restore my house to this level on my own.
