Cris is doing a great job. She leaves everything so clean and shiny. I don’t believe my house has ever been this clean.

I initially had a good experience, but I quickly learned that consistency is a major issue here. After several repeat cleanings, I cannot recommend this business if you value your property.
Major issues included:
* Total lack of punctuality: Cleaners were consistently off-schedule, arriving up to an hour late or an hour early without notice.
* Property Damage: We suffered bleach stains on both our carpets and bedsheets because cleaners propped wet, chemical-soaked tools against our walls and furniture. They also broke an electrical outlet cover.
* Poor Accountability: When I raised these issues, the cleaners deflected blame. It took significant effort to get the owners to provide any resolution for the damage.
* Subpar Quality: Later visits felt rushed, with obvious areas left un-vacuumed. They mentioned they would send two cleaners in the future, which they did, but that still resulted in damages in my property.
Please pay attention to the other negative reviews mentioning similar issues. There is a clear lack of respect for clients' homes and a refusal to take responsibility when things go wrong.

This was the first time we hired a cleaning service. It was hard to choose the right company, but they seemed to offer a reasonable price since we did not need our whole home cleaned. They are very responsive via text as well.
Priscilla and her husband were on time, courteous, and really thorough. We scheduled a deep cleaning for our main areas. They stayed until they completed everything we asked of them: they deep cleaned the entrance areas, a bathroom, degreased the kitchen cabinets and hood. I also loved that the little touches like a bow on our paper towel roll or folding our dish towel. Our stainless steel appliances are gleaming! We have 2 shedding cats and 2 kids so it was a huge mess. They were really pleasant and really took great care in their work. I would consider them again!

I've only had one cleaning with them so far but it was a positive experience-- the crew showed up on time and was very pleasant. I booked a regular cleaning and they got most of the dirt and grime out. I really appreciate that they finished within 2 hours which definitely makes it worth it, as I've had cleaners that took 3 hours but weren't as efficient. I would book them again.

Chris who cleaned my apartment on a same-day order did a great job! She was thorough and fast and did the specifics I asked for with a pleasant attitude. The company scheduled it easily on same day notice after I contacted them from good Yelp reviews , sent me Chris who has experience with Airbnb prep cleaning, had good rates, and was easy to deal with- I definitely will use them again!
