I'd like to have me know that tech support was more than outstanding, I had the opportunity to work with Steve today on troubleshooting an issue that I was dealing with and not only did we come out on top but I had even learned a few things along the way. We were able to have a KGC1 work with a TCRM Briggs & Stratton automatic transfer switch, when we hit an issue with the generator shutting down prior to retransfer to utility Steve was able to guide me and the return to utility time delay.

I work for an electrical installation company and we have used PSP's load shedding relays many times. They are a great cost effective load shedding option that are easy to use and work well. The wireless relay options save a lot of hassle in a retrofit installation when adding a generator!
Easy ordering, friendly staff, excellent products! We use LX series load management almost exclusively, and it is easy to install. Worth every penny. We also use KGC-1 and RXT expanders with great results. Highly recommend.
