Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry for the inconvenience this caused. During the winter season, our landscaping supply store operates by appointment only, which is noted on our website. We always recommend calling ahead to make sure someone is available to help. That said, we've now updated our Google listing to reflect our seasonal hours more accurately and will continue working to make this information clearer across all platforms. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future and show you the quality of our materials.

We’d like to clarify a few key points for context.

ProZone Ltd acted solely as a subcontractor for DKI St. Albert, the general contractor managing this project on behalf of the homeowner’s insurance provider. Our role was to assist in coordinating the replacement of the damaged staircase at the private residence, which included organizing the removal of the old steps and ultimately arranging the supply and installation of the new ones through Westcon Precast Inc.

The stairs were professionally produced and installed by Westcon and are covered by a one-year warranty. ProZone neither manufactured nor installed the stairs directly but supported the coordination process by leveraging its professional contacts, to ensure timely completion - especially after several contractors declined involvement due to challenges unrelated to our scope.

Following your concerns, we have formally notified both DKI St. Albert and Westcon Precast Inc. for review.

We understand that insurance-related repairs can be frustrating, but it's important to note that any dissatisfaction regarding coverage decisions or project limitations should be addressed directly with your insurance provider.

Our team remains committed to transparency, professionalism, and customer service. In light of the facts above, we respectfully request the removal of this unjust negative review.

Thank you so much, for your generous review and for recognizing the quality of our work in Crestwood! We’re truly grateful that you took the time to share such thoughtful feedback, especially given your long-term familiarity with City of Edmonton projects in the area.

At Landscaping Supply Store 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 🏡❄️ Snow Shoveling | Grass Sod, we take great pride in delivering clean, efficient, and professional results. Whether it’s concrete work, curb upgrades, larger-scale municipal collaborations or delivering best landscaping supplies. Hearing that our work made a strong positive impression, without disrupting traffic or creating a mess, means a lot to our entire team.

We're especially honored that you’d recommend us to the City’s Transportation Department for future projects. If you ever need landscaping supplies, whether it’s crushed limestone, artificial grass, help with planning your own outdoor upgrades or any project including asphalt and concrete services - we’re here to help.

Thanks again for your support and encouragement!
It fuels everything we do!
