Very disappointed that they don’t and (I was told) won’t update their hours on Google for the shoulder season and winter months. Took on a project this weekend specifically because it said they were open still, and this was the last seasonal chance to get some work in. Now I’m out the supplies I need to finish the job. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that I should’ve been there this morning before he left at 11. Despite the fact that their hours on Google say they’re open till 3 PM. I get seasonal hours, we all do in the industry, but your hours on Google should reflect your actual hours. Very disappointed.

Avoid at all cost. New Pre cast staircase from Prozone had hairline cracking at delivery spanning the entire length of the staircase in multiple directions. No attempt to make visually pleasing before delivery. May not be structural cracking now but will get worse over time. Incorrect size. And Install 2/10. I have products both from Prozone and RM Residential. I’m sure is it’s obvious which one is superior. Edit: Your vehicles and employees where on site at times though out the process…. At the end of the day you decided to take on the job. You are charging a fee for your services. You decided to use said company that was within your network so this companies work is a *representation of you*. This review is about the quality/workmanship of product that was delivered. So the review stands.

We’d like to clarify a few key points for context.

ProZone Ltd acted solely as a subcontractor for DKI St. Albert, the general contractor managing this project on behalf of the homeowner’s insurance provider. Our role was to assist in coordinating the replacement of the damaged staircase at the private residence, which included organizing the removal of the old steps and ultimately arranging the supply and installation of the new ones through Westcon Precast Inc.

The stairs were professionally produced and installed by Westcon and are covered by a one-year warranty. ProZone neither manufactured nor installed the stairs directly but supported the coordination process by leveraging its professional contacts, to ensure timely completion - especially after several contractors declined involvement due to challenges unrelated to our scope.

Following your concerns, we have formally notified both DKI St. Albert and Westcon Precast Inc. for review.

We understand that insurance-related repairs can be frustrating, but it's important to note that any dissatisfaction regarding coverage decisions or project limitations should be addressed directly with your insurance provider.

Our team remains committed to transparency, professionalism, and customer service. In light of the facts above, we respectfully request the removal of this unjust negative review.

As this is not for work done for myself personally, it is about work done in my neighbourhood by Prozone for the City of Edmonton, I have resided in Crestwood for over 15 years and have seen my fair share of work performed by the City of Edmonton and various sub contractors throughout the area. This particular case involves work performed by Prozone with the replacement of some aprons and curb changes. I have to say that I am so impressed with the work that was performed from the day it was sprayed out on the ground to the final install of the concrete. It took no time at all and zero obstruction to traffic and zero mess. Very impressive. Great job and I will personally inform the City of Edmonton Transportation Department to seriously consider using this company for many more projects the City needs done. I found this business because I was in search of small white landscaping rocks..seems hard to find, everywhere else I searched only had grey limestone.. but thankfully I stumbled upon Prozone who had crystal white.
