Staff are friendly and are happy to help.
Beautiful views over the lake, can be a little muddy under foot but lots to look at from birds, moss, pinecones, wombat holes, kangaroos and so many rainbows!
Will bring the fishing rods when it's a bit warmer.
Clean, tidy, warm and family friendly room configurations.
Close to Selwyn and Adaminaby.

Thanks for your review, The WiFi Charges are there so that we can keep the prices on the rooms lower and not everyone wants WiFi these days. So we do charge $5 for 7 days of Unlimited WiFi.

A good example is that rooms in the Lodge, Cabins and Cottages all now have a Smart TV.
Unfortunately these things take time, especially with COVID and the lack of snow season traffic over the past few years.

Wonderful stay! We spent 3 nights here in a log cabin with our toddler and had a brilliant time. Location is great only 25 min drive to Selwyn Snow Resort. The lake is gorgeous, very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Spotted a lot of wildlife including kangaroos. The cabin was kept toasty & warm with the heating. Whilst not luxurious, it had everything we needed and was very clean which represents excellent value for snow accommodation. The staff were super helpful too. We self-catered except for one evening, when we dined in at the shared lodgings meal hall. Stefania and Francesco were the delightful chefs & staff there, and wow the Italian feast was superb! Excellent value for a 3 course meal, top restaurant quality! If we hadn’t already brought food with us, we would have dined there every evening. Very grateful to Providence Park in providing an affordable alternative to other snow accommodation for our family trip.

☺ Location is great to Selwyn snowfield, price is reasonable and the place is clean and tidy. Kids so happen to see some wild animal roaming around during the night. WiFi is a plus especially when no TV in room.
Nice lake view outside the cabin, also saw outdoor plug for some cabins, possible they can charge their EV?
☹ Please fix the road, it is a lot of hole which is danger for driver at night. All other things are as expected so not much we don't like.

Thanks for your review, In response to your points in your review.
1. We have recently installed Smart TV's in the Cabins and the Lodge rooms for guest convenience, these include secure casting and direct netflix and youtube app access.
2. During your stay, we do have 4x 22kw EV chargers installed down near the Lodge, unfortunately due to electrical grid restrictions in the area this was the only place we could do this at the time, we are investigating further charger points around the park in consultation with the energy grid provider.
3. In regards to the main road, We do lobby the council every year to patch it before the snow season, however as you experienced this doesn't always happen. We do try and keep on top of the roads within the park, however wet weather at times hinders this, in addition, the Snowy Mountains Highway and Providence Road are public assets, as such we aren't permitted to repair as they are council property.
We do look forward to having you stay with us again in the future.
