Horrible Company
Their website is full of fake reviews. This company is horrible. They don’t keep appointments. This don’t fix anything. They don’t answer calls or messages. How can you have a business with bad technicians and horrible customer service. This place should not be in business anymore.
When they finally respond, they lie to you, and don’t keep appointments. Unethical, unreliable and should be out of business. Took Andrey a week to show up and didn’t fix anything when arrived. Left and took over a week to try to get back only to bail on the appointment. Vlad lied to us about scheduling. Do not trust this company to do anything. They are getting reported to the BBB.
Imagine being a night owl. My chores get completed at 2 or 3 AM. You become attuned ti night noises. You start a load of laundry then moments later figure out that your washer isn’t running like it should.
I reported it to our home warrantee company and Vlad was assigned to USS. He came, got it running again within minutes and it’s been running great with multiple loads completed in the week since. Last time I had to wait for nearly 3 weeks for the prior washer to be replaced. I love these guys.

I had a great experience with ProStar. My washer broke, and they were able to fix it on the same day I called. The price was fair, and they were really good at keeping me updated. I would say that I have found those whom I can trust with my appliances! Our refrigerator stopped cooling completely and we began to look for someone who could help us solve our problem with the refrigerator. My wife’s friend recommended ProStar Appliance Repair Company to us, she said that recently a technician from ProStar repaired their unit in one day and she was delighted! And we decided to trust them, although we could not find many reviews about their work, but as they say, we were advised by a friend who had already experienced their service. I'm not entirely sure what they did, but they explained that there wasn't enough freon in the refrigerator system to keep it cool. The guys quickly solved this problem and literally after 6-8 hours our refrigerator began to cool even better than before. Thanks to ProStar for your professional approach!
