My new car was hit while I was not in the car. An appointment was made within 2 weeks of the incident. Traci and the staff provided a detailed explanation of the process of the repair. A rental was arranged at the time my car was dropped off. I was kept in the loop with each step until the repairs were completed The repair made my car like new again. I was working against a tight timeline, as my insurance only covered a rental vehicle for 30 days following my accident. The team kept me informed with weekly updates and maintained excellent communication every step of the way. Although some unforeseen issues arose during the repairs, they worked diligently to ensure my vehicle was completed on the 30th day. The entire process was seamless, and Traci was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. Rude staff. I have gone in twice for a general question hoping to get my car serviced by them and each time they turned me away and made me feel like I was a bother to them. I felt the unwelcome energy, you know that feeling you can pick up on when people don’t want you there yeah well that’s it. I understand I’m not a mechanic so talking car terminology is hard for me but you could at least not look like you want me to leave as soon as I walk in with a smile. Your self serve is convenient but that’s about it. I also went during January about a week after the snow storm to get the salt off my car and wanted to use the drive through wash but they turned me away because it was too late at about 5 pm. So long story short every time I go here they turned me away.

We're sorry you were not happy with your interactions here. That is highly unusual as our staff is very friendly and engaging. Please reach out to the Office Manager or General Manager as we would like to see how we can help. As far as the car wash, yes, they close at 5 and if the equipment is already shut down they will not be able to wash your car. They would not otherwise turn you away.

Loved Traci their front-of-house rep. Aside from that, however, I was sent here by my insurance company and it took 6.5 weeks to replace my front bumper and other damaged areas that was mostly cosmetic (car was drivable prior to putting in shop). My brother had the same work done on his (older) vehicle done in 3days at another body shop. Furthermore, after finally picking up my vehicle from repairs, my left blinker is messed up and my entire front left headlight and blinker… see picture attached

Returning here for another thorough exterior and underneath wash. The entrance begins with a welcoming attendant and choice of exterior cleaning. Then power washing the body and windows before entering the tunnel where dirt is softly removed and the vehicle becomes shiny again. Two other attendants at the exit stand ready with towels to finish the process for a drive away shine.

Came by for a car wash. Got the ultra. The guys washed my cars before, scrubbed it. Went through the auto car wash. Then they dried my car. Car came out nice and clean after all that salt build up. Wash vines with an under carriage wash which is critical in this weather. Highly recommend. First time here and will be coming back.

I have been going to Auto Repair Pro's for about 20 years with a variety of vehicles. Jamie, Rob and team are the best. Responsive, fair, honest and the team does great work. I have been told that I need certain things at dealerships when our vehicles were still under warranty (ex. brakes). I would have Auto Repair Pro's check, and we would not need the service at all.
