Order a title search for unit and the doc they delivered was wrong. They offered a partial refund as they knew they were incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A TITLE SEARCH. They were twice the price of Titles Qld and they were completely incompetent.

I only used Property Registry first because my internet connection overseas at the time had trouble hooking up with Landata, and I needed the title quickly. The site was easy to use, and the correct title came through after a few hours; but it was the weekend; so I was impressed in this regard. The next day I collected more similar and accurate titles and a Copy of Plan from Landata at a far cheaper price; and within minutes. I would only recommend PR if their prices are reduced to match or beat Landata.
