The Fort Collins team does and excellent job with assigning melds. Jeff make sure that we know how to work the melds accurately for scheduling, messages, attaching photos and contacting tenants. Christine, Heather, and Carey have been great with staying on top of melds as well. These guys deserve an every day hero award. They deal with a lot of tenant problems and they stay professional.
We used Property Meld for a year, and then moved on to another software that was a better fit for our company. Property Meld told me that I missed the annual cancellation deadline. I was 52 days late to cancel per their contract, so I'm on the hook for ANOTHER YEAR OF BILLING FOR A SERVICE WE'RE NOT USING. They've also been overbilling me, which is fun. I enjoyed the software while we were using it. However, the disregard I've received in attempting to cancel the service is appalling.
